The packaging consists of a film made of plastic, giving shrinkage when heated. For packing a few bottles of them have a number one next to the other in parallel rows. The film has a series of cuts in the areas of the planes separating adjacent rows of bottles. Packaging allows you to separate individual rows of bottles that remain together as a unit due to a torn part of the package. The invention relates to packaging for multiple bottles, consisting of heat-shrinkable plastic film, in which the bottles are placed one near the other in parallel rows, and the method of its production.

Such packages are well known. They usually contain six bottles arranged next to one another in three rows of two bottles in a row or, if you look on the other hand, two rows of three bottles in a row. This number is optimal for transportation, distribution and handling of packaging that would otherwise be too heavy.

For example, such packaging and method of its manufacture are described in EP 0376793, class B 65 CI and recovered bottles. In the case of accommodation in such packing of bottles 1.5 l total weight known packaging reaches 10 kg, the Weight of the package, although it is lighter than conventional boxes, is the reason that the package itself was a cause of further more wide spread.

And although the weight is not a problem for those consumers who go to wholesale stores at own machines, the situation is quite different among customers who do their shopping on foot, what is currently happening more often because of those shopping centers that are located in the Central urban areas, where due to the lack of space for car Parking and through traffic there is a tendency not to use private cars. In such circumstances, the buyer actually has to limit the weight of their purchases so that you could carry them without much effort and, if necessary, to be able more often to make purchases for some time.

Currently, if desired, the buyer can buy less than those six bottles that are in plain packaging. To do this, he or she must open the packaging, made of a material having the d deficiencies. First of all, this is quite a hard task, if the buyer is not cutting devices, in any case, it requires the use of both hands, and this requires a certain expenditure of time. It is established that if the buyer is in a hurry or if he already carries in one hand something and not have a suitable tool, he tries to avoid making such purchases. Secondly, removed from the bottle packaging is not so easy to carry, since it is obvious that they have no fixtures for easy grip, not what the package itself, which, as is well known, provided with a Central carrying handle. And, finally broken by the buyers packaging remains untidy as on the shelves, creating a negative aesthetic impression, and the assistant to the seller often has to remove such packages.

The purpose of this invention is to provide an improved package of the type indicated above, which the buyer will be able to quickly and without a lot of effort to remove the bottles from the package, without the help of special devices, and can easily transport these bottles and will not leave on store shelves any remains of packing.

Another Satory is particularly simple, i.e., can be implemented on existing installations, and which does not require any modifications to these facilities.

This object is achieved according to the invention the packaging of the specified type, which consists of a heat shrinkable plastic film and which is used for packing a few bottles, placed one near the other in parallel rows and in planes that separate adjacent rows of bottles, this film has a series of aligned notches for separating rows of bottles from each other.

Thus, it is proposed packaging for multiple bottles, consisting of a film made of plastic, compressible when heated, in which the bottles are placed one near the other in parallel rows and in the film there are cuts made by the given lines, and these lines of incisions are placed so that they share the adjacent rows of bottles and continue around the entire perimeter of the package to allow separation of each row of bottles from the next row.

Preferably, each row of bottles has its own handle for grasping.

Usually these lines have the same length narratees and/or smaller spacing between the cuts on the upper part of the packaging compared to the two lateral sides of the package, or, otherwise, these lines can be made with another length of incisions and/or intervals between the notches on the bottom side of the package compared to the two lateral sides of the package, in accordance with another internal resistance of the pack on this side and more load, which that party is subject.

Typically, the total length of these cuts in the line is at least 30% and preferably at least 50% of the perimeter of the package.

It is clear that cuts unwanted in the corner packing areas for reasons of strength.

Also proposes a method of production of packaging for multiple bottles, providing for the formation of a compact group of bottles arranged one beside the other in parallel rows, wrapping the specified group of bottles cut shrink film so that the free ends of this segment overlap one another at the bottom of the specified group, and the heat treatment specified film formation and sealing of the packaging, and in the film there are cuts made by the given lines, and these lines of incisions are placed so that they share the adjacent rows of bottles and continue around the entire perimeter Pacino, this film in one of two bands that are designed to overlay one on the other, has two wide openings extending essentially across the entire width of the strip.

The invention is hereinafter described in detail on the example of packaging for six bottles arranged in three rows, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:

It is clear from these schemes, improved packaging according to the invention provides that the bottles 1 that are located near one another in parallel rows, are held in their position by means of a film 2 made of plastic, compressible when heated, which heat imposed on these bottles.

In the field of the ideal PLoS stretched along the entire perimeter of the package, namely, along all four sides of this package. In the first embodiment, the length and spacing between the indentations 3 are the same on all sides of the package.

In another embodiment, the upper part of the packaging has notches that are longer and are closer to each other in order to facilitate the operation on the initial separation of a number of bottles, as will be explained later. In the third embodiment, the lower part of the packing, which forms the bearing surface of the packing and which are therefore subject to greater pressure, has a few notches in order to take into account, on the one hand, this greater pressure and, on the other hand, a large internal resistance of the pack in this part the result of folding over a strip of film of plastic. The total surface with indentations is at least 30% and preferably at least 50% of the perimeter of the package in the area. In any case, it is preferable in the interests of the strength of the packaging not to make cuts in the corner zones of the packaging itself.

Therefore, when there is a packaging according to the invention, for the buyer it is not difficult to take out fewer bottles of those six that are in the floor of the soup two adjacent rows of bottles as shown in Fig. 1, and in the direction of the arrow F shown in Fig. 1. This operation is particularly easy due to cuts 3, which indicate the direction and promote the proper and rapid isolation film 2. As soon as the hand of the user is inside the packaging, cross-haul movement in the direction of arrow G in Fig. 1 will allow you to completely separate the rows of bottles, as shown in Fig. 3, due to the fact that there are cuts 3, you need a way to weaken the strength of the film 2 from all sides of the package and send to the Department along predetermined lines.

It should be noted that the separated thus bottles continue to be well connected to each other due to the presence of part of the film 2, which continues tightly against him, because the tearing of the packaging occurs along a precise predetermined line. In a simpler embodiment, the upper portion of the same film 2 serves as a handle to keep separated so a couple of bottles, whereas in a more complex variant embodiment, the package may be provided with three holding pens (not shown), each of which is SS="ptx2">

From the above you can clearly imagine how the packaging according to the invention enables the achievement of the objectives. The buyer can actually take fewer bottles - two or four in the embodiment shown in the diagrams, using the action, which is easily workable and easy to understand. In order to help the user in performing the action by pushing his arm in the desired area, zone film 3 with incisions can be used for this purpose are indicated by color, or be highlighted in bright ribbons. The separation of the bottles occurs, as can be seen, together with the corresponding part of the package, thus avoiding the above disadvantages associated with the presence of broken empty or partially full packaging on store shelves.

Since the notches 3 are designed so that they do not influence in any way on the integrity of the packaging during normal handling, which can be performed by store employees and customers, purchase the full package can be performed without any inconvenience exactly the same as it happens with products packaged in a known manner.

Packaging according to the invention can be produced when the SIP is after forming the film by means of heat. Packaging can be transported to the place of execution of cuts, where the above-mentioned incisions perform mechanical or thermal means. It should be possible, however, to apply the preferred method, according to one of the objectives of the present invention, without the need to modify existing installations and to combine them in new and different equipment.

This method according to the invention, characterized in that the plain packaging production unit as a whole using the film of plastic, compressible when heated, which are cut along parallel lines corresponding to the formed packaging zones that separate adjacent rows of bottles. Tests of this method gave excellent results: cuts made in the film, remained largely identical even after heat molding packaging and fully achieved the desired result.

However, it was found that often at the bottom of the packaging, where the two strips of film are overlaid, the cut line is not completely overlap one another, and therefore the effect of cuts is reduced and the ease of a complete separation of the rows of bottles accordingly deteriorates. In accordance with a preference for previously prepared thereby one of two bands that are designed to overlap one another at the bottom, is normally made incisions, while the other strip is formed with a wide holes in the data quality cuts. In Fig. 4 provides a top view of a film 2 of this type, which has two parallel rows of notches 3 in different areas of the film intended to cover various parts of the packaging, and wide opening on one of the strips of the bottom. More precisely, the upper zone 5, the lateral zone 6 and the first strip 7, is intended to close the bottom of the packaging, have normal cuts, as described above. Another strip 8, which covers the bottom of the package and is located on top of the strip 7, is as cuts two wide openings 9, which extend essentially over the entire width of the strip 8.

During the sealing packing holes 9 are always (even if the film is not well centered) on top of the cut strip 7, which is able to fully perform its separating function (see Fig. 5).

In the manufacture of this pre-cut film obviously has the ability to change the shape and size of incisions on the lateral bands known to provide, to the entrance of the group of bottles in the film 2 has been properly synchronized. This problem, however, already decided prior art, in order to obtain the correct centering on the party of bottles such films that carry advertising messages or descriptions of the content of the bottles. Therefore, these solutions can be applied without problems and for the method according to the invention.

Other stages of production method group packaging bottles, namely the preparation of the group of bottles, wrap them in foil and forming the film by heating over a group of bottles, not described in detail since they are well known in the field of technology in which they have been used for many years.

The present invention is described with reference to a specific embodiment of a package that includes six bottles, which is very common in the trade. However, it is clear that this invention covers the packaging, including any number of bottles. Thus, it is possible to provide that the packaging method according to the invention allows the manufacturer, the selling agent and some buyers to use large-scale packaging, which, if necessary, could the degree of transportation.

EFFECT: multilayer shrink film based on polyamide has a durability and greatly improved self-weldability required for packaging films for meat products, such as fresh and processed meat.
