(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to crawler tractors with semi-rigid suspension and adjustable track chain tension using the tension wheel. The device comprises two hollow longitudinal beams pivotally connected with the frame of the tractor in the rear. The beam is made in the form of a hollow tube of rectangular cross-section. Inside the beam is bearing the raised front part, in which the fixed axis idler wheels arranged symmetrically about the beam. The front portion includes a ledge for articulated connection with the tensioning device. Last using spherical emphasis and bracket attached to the outer plane of the beam. The rear portion is made hollow and with centering lugs, which make it move along the beam with optimum clearance. This portion contains the window, grasping the end of the stop, which is fixed in the threaded hole of the beam. Effect: simplified construction and reduced size of the device. 3 Il.

The invention relates to crawler tractors with semi-rigid suspension and adjustable track chain tension using the tension wheel.

The device comprises two hollow longitudinal beam 1, in rear of its parts pivotally connected with the frame of the tractor (not shown). On each of the beams 1 fixed rollers 2, the bracket 3 and the spring 4, the upper end of which supports the frame of the tractor. Beam 1 is made in the form of a hollow tube of rectangular cross-section. Inside the beam 1 is bearing 5 protruding from the tubes on the front part. Serving part of a support rigidly fixed axis 6 of the idler wheels 7, which are located symmetrically with respect to the beam 1. The front portion includes a protrusion 8 for articulated connection with the tensioning device. Stretch ustroystvo. Stop 11 by bracket 13 mounted on the upper surface of the beam 1. The rear part of the support 5 is made hollow and with centering lugs 14, which make it move along the beam 1 with a minimum clearance. This portion contains the window 15, covering the end of the stop 16, which is fastened in the threaded hole of the beam 1.

When assembling the suspension with the initial number of links of the track chain stop 16 is installed in the window 15 in a predetermined position. In this case, the distance between the front wall of the box 15 should be not less than given value of the deformation of the spring 10, and a similar distance to the rear wall of the box 15 at least half step track chain.

During operation of the tractor there is a constant wear and tear of the joints of the track chains. Compensation for wear is the periodic movement of the forward wheel 7 by the pressure oil in the hydraulic cylinder 9. After reaching the permissible wear of the track circuit emphasis 16 touches the rear wall of the box 15. The performance of the system is restored by removing one link track chain, then adjusting its tension.

Hydraulic drive of crawler shovel comprises power pumps, control pump, distributor, hydraulic motors of stroke, power hydraulic lines, hydraulic lines of servocontrol with control units, hydraulic cylinders of caterpillar belt tension. Besides between each hydraulic cylinder of caterpillar belts tension and according power hydraulic lines of stroke, there is an additional circuit included, made of two drain check valves, discharge check valve, safety valve and hydraulic lines of servocontrol, at the same time piston cavity of hydraulic cylinder of tension of caterpillar belts is connected to discharge cavity of safety valve and through discharge check valve with discharge hydraulic line of servocontrol, and stem cavity - to drain cavity of safety valve and through drain check valves with power hydraulic lines of stroke.

EFFECT: invention provides for automatic tension of caterpillar belts independently on load on master wheels.

Said nut tightens via washer cushioning spring thrusting against flange with shaped opening to receive coupling bolt. Centering bracket is arranged on frame with accommodate cushioning spring tightening nut. Nut has opening to accommodate another end of caterpillar tensioning nut. Cushioning spring consists of two assembled springs with separation washer arranged there between with central opening. Coupling bolt passes through said opening. Said spring has lower rigidity compared with second spring, on tensioning wheel side.

EFFECT: reduced dynamic loads on tensioning wheel and caterpillar.

SUBSTANCE: this vehicle contains a framework, guided front wheels connected to a steering shaft, back driving wheels equipped with a semicrawler unit at each sideboard. The semicrawler unit includes a crawler, an idler wheel mounted on a balancer, and hydraulic control system of the idler wheel. Hydraulic system includes two-sheet hydraulic cylinders guided by on/off distribution valves, and hydraulic lines connecting hydraulic cylinders sheets to the distribution valves. Above-piston hydraulic cylinder sheets are equipped with shock springs. Distribution valves are controlled by a spring-return jaw, and are connected to a master form moved by a vehicle steering shaft. Hydraulic system is equipped with pump and pressure flap, as well as pump and drain pressure hydraulic lines. Each on/off distribution valve has four ports. First line is connected to pump delivery section, the second line is connected to drainage, the third line is connected to the above-piston hydraulic cylinder sheet, and the fourth line is connected to the hydraulic cylinder rod side. In its first position, the third line of the distribution valve is connected to the forth interconnecting hydraulic line. In its second position, the first line of the distribution valve is connected to the forth interconnecting hydraulic line, and its second line is connected to the third interconnecting hydraulic line. The master form is formed by two peripheral pits located symmetrically to its central axis.

EFFECT: enhanced vehicle manoeuvrability.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at lowering force for moving wheel guided over flanges of channel beams of crawler truck frame, as well as at reducing wear of coupled parts - guides and flanges of channel beams of crawler truck frame.

Forestry machine comprises front and rear sections 2, 3, assembly of swinging axles 12 and caterpillar track 20. Front and rear sections are coupled by kingpin. Assembly 12 of swinging axles rests on chassis wheels 14, 15. Caterpillar track 20 runs around said wheels 14, 15 and auxiliary wheel 16 outside said assembly of swinging axles. Auxiliary wheel 16 runs in bearings at front and/or rear section so that when assembly 12 of swinging axles turns caterpillar track 20 is tensioned.
