The disadvantage of this device is that the radiator and condenser side of the device connected over the entire length of tape that provides no reduction of thermal conductivity sufficiently and improve the efficiency of the heat exchanger.

A known method of manufacturing pascavale multichannel tape by making the metal melt, extruding it through a forming frame, stretching and cooling (Burkov centuries, Aluminum radiators, automotive engines, machinery, M, 1964, S. 122-124). The tape is made in this way is inefficient for combination radiators-capacitors.

This method has the disadvantage of not allowing to make effective multi-channel tape for transmission in different environments with different parameters.power condenser operation.

A known method of manufacturing a multi-channel tape, whereby is formed a longitudinally-corrugated strip, forming channels for the flow medium, is then formed by rolling at least two plancoulaine closed shells from one strip, enter the longitudinally-corrugated strip inside one of the shells, treated with anti-corrosion and soldering flux and solder in a furnace (U.S. Pat. USA N 4688311, class D 21 D 53/02, publ. 25.08.87).

This method has the same disadvantages as above described methods. The method does not allow to produce high-performance multi-channel tape for the simultaneous occurrence of multiple environments with different heat settings. This is due to the fact that manufactured the ribbon passages for the flow of various fluids are in direct contact over the entire surface of the tape.

The main task, which is directed to the claimed invention - plasmopara multichannel tape for heat exchangers and method of its manufacture (options) - improved efficiency of heat exchangers that use plasmopara multichannel tape with passages for the flow of fluids with different pressure and temperature.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in pascavale multichannel tape with passages for the flow of fluids with different pressure and temperature, contain a closed shell, divided internally by partitions into several channels, and adjacent the closed shell proposed between the shells to perform the separation gap with jumpers.

The method is as follows.

The tape can be manufactured as two separate plancoulaine closed shells, one of which is extruded, and the second from sheet metal, and are connected by jumpers. During the process of manufacturing the tape does not require additional time for production of the separating slit.

In the present application for patent complied with the requirement of unity of invention, as the device and methods of its production is intended for the manufacture of pascavale multi-channel tape. The claimed invention solve the same task of improving the efficiency of heat exchangers for consumers. Due to the achievements in the implementation of the inventions of the same technical result decreased the intensity of heat exchange between the flows related environments.
