The invention relates to the finishing of the textile industry. The essence of the invention: composition for thickening printing inks containing maize starch, urea, sodium tetraborate, plasticizer and water, as a plasticizer contains phenoxy 9/10 BV on the basis of the acetal of alkylphenolethoxylates with the following content of components, g/l: maize starch 63-67; urea 30-35; sodium tetraborate 0,5-1,0; phenoxy 9/10 BV on the basis of the acetal of alkylphenolethoxylates 0,45-0,55; water to 1 L. the Invention allows to increase the intensity of colors of fabrics, the degree of useful use of dye and the stability of colors to physical and chemical influences. table 2.

Known composition for thickening printing inks containing (g/l): starch maize - 100; chloramine - 0,9; oleic acid - 4; velocitee oil - 2 (Stepanov, A. S. Thickeners and printing inks. - M: Light industry. 1969, S. 10).

Also known composition for thickening printing inks provided RF N 2045595 from 30.09.94. Composition for thickening printing inks. BI N 28 from 10.10.95 year).

However, when using the above zagostox not achieving good color performance of the resulting colors.

The closest in technical essence to the invention is a composition for thickening printing inks containing (g/l): starch maize - 63-67; urea - 30-35; sodium tetraborate - 0,5-1; a dicyandiamide - 4-6; castor oil (plasticizer) of 0.8 to 1.2; water up to 1 l (RF Patent N 2103431 from 17.03.97, the Composition for thickening printing inks. However, this sagasti also does not provide good color indices of the colors, i.e., good intensity colors of fabrics, their high resistance to physical and chemical influences and a high degree of useful use of the coloring matter when printing the active dyes.

Inventive task consisted in finding a composition for thickening printing inks, providing increased intensity colors of fabrics and their resistance to physical and chemical influences and more useful use of dyes.

The problem is solved by a composition for thickening printing inks based on maize starch, Wolfenson 9/10 BV on the basis of the acetal of alkylphenolethoxylates in the following components, g/l:

Starch maize - 63 - 67

Urea - 30 - 35

Sodium tetraborate - 0,5 - 1,0

Phenoxy 9/10 BV on the basis of the acetal of alkylphenolethoxylates - 0,45 - 0,55

Water To 1 liter

The hallmark of the invention is used as a plasticizer of fenactol 9/10 BV. It is this distinctive feature in conjunction with the known features provides the following benefits:

- increasing the intensity of colors of fabrics;

- increase the useful life of dyes;

- improving the sustainability of colors to physical and chemical influences;

- the improvement of the environment by reducing the amount of dyes in the wastewater;

- saving of dyes due to the increase of useful life of dyes.

The composition is prepared as follows. The maize starch, urea, phenoxy 9/10 BV, sodium tetraborate in the required amount of mix water with senC for 30 minutes and cooled. After cooling, it is ready for use.

We offer a thickening agent composition can be used for the preparation of printing inks on the basis of still active dyes and diazole when printing on cotton fabrics and on the basis of mixtures of dyes (active and disperse or VAT and disperse) when printing on hlopkopribor tissues with predominant content of cotton.

About the color indices of the colors were judged by the intensity of the received colors of fabrics, their resistance to physical and chemical influences and the degree of fixation of the dyes on fabrics.

The intensity of the colors was evaluated by functions Kubelka-Munch-Gurevich on the basis of the received device "SPEKOL the coefficient of reflection from the printed fabric. Sustainability colors to the washings was determined in accordance with GOST 9733.4-83.

The degree of useful use of dyes was evaluated by the degree of fixation of the dyes on the fabrics, which were determined in a percentage amount of the dye remaining on the fabric after washing, the amount of dye applied to the fabric during printing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a dye with a starch component, which can be used in pulp and paper industry. Method of producing a dye with a starch component includes production of the starch component from a group of native starch or modified starch and its further reaction with an organic dye using mechanical mixing with the weight ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 respectively or adding 15-20 wt% of the dye to 5-10 % of the starch component suspension after correcting pH with subsequent spray drying. Dye is selected from any class of organic dyes.

EFFECT: obtained starch-containing dye has improved adhesion properties and improved consumer properties due to providing simultaneous colouring in a wide range of colors and surface glueing of the paper.

BASF), or Thickener N (f. CePolTex), or Rheovis PU (f. BASF), and additionally contains a plasticizer (Weichmacher HP or Tratskan GF.), g/kg: Pigment – 30; Aquapol 12 (21, 23) – 90; PVA – 90; Thickener (Lutexal HEF) – 15; Softener – 20; Water up to 1,000.

EFFECT: higher resistance of dyes to dry and wet friction, improved softness of printed articles feel of cloth, reduced penetration of printing ink onto the reverse side of the material, no “clogging” of screens for silk-screen printing, reduced consumption of textile auxiliaries in the printing composition, saving costs and higher environmental safety of the pigment printing process.
