The basis phosphate primer is a suspension of pigments and fillers in a solution of polyvinyl butyral and idialnoe resin or without it in a mixture of volatile organic solvents.

Acid diluent is an alcohol solution of orthophosphoric acid.

This primer designed for priming before application of paints and has a high adhesive strength to metal surfaces of many metals: aluminum, copper, magnesium, titanium and their alloys, carbon and stainless steels.

However, the disadvantage of this phosphate primer is its low compatibility with many opaque enamels. Therefore, when it is used in practice for this phosphate primer is applied an extra layer of primer, sovmestima primer + primer brand AK-070) has a high adhesive strength to metal surfaces and compatibility to many coating enamels. However, the disadvantage of this primer system are elevated primer consumption and labor for its application, due to the necessity of applying additional intermediate layer of primer brand AK-070, drying, etc.

The proposed solution aims to reduce the cost and consumption of phosphate primer, work on drawing while maintaining the high adhesive strength of the coating to metal surfaces of different metals and compatibility to many coating enamels.

This problem is solved as follows. In contrast to the known phosphate primer consisting of a mixture of components: the base and the acid diluent, according to the claimed technical solution it additionally contains an additive primer acrylic-based brand AK-070 or AK-090 in the following ratio, wt.%:

Acid diluent - 10,0 - 1,11

Additive primer acrylic-based brand AK-070 or AK-069 - 50 -90

Foundation primer - Rest

Comparative analysis of the proposed technical solution with the prototype shows that the claimed invention differs from the known fact that it additionally contains at svomas.%:

In the analysis of patent and scientific and technical sources not identified technical solutions with the whole set of essential features of the proposed technical solution.

The claimed technical solution is not obvious from the level of technology, because the phosphate primer based on polyvinyl butyral and idialnoe resin and without it and primer based on acrylic resin brand AK-070 or AK-069 represent a multi-component paint systems, mixing them does not allow us to predict the result of their mixing. In addition, to achieve a positive result requires a large number of experiments required to find the optimal composition of the inventive primer.

Introduction to phosphatherium the m number can significantly improve its compatibility with the coating enamels while maintaining a high adhesive strength to the metal surface of different metals. This eliminates the necessity of applying an intermediate primer, compatible with opaque enamel, which leads to a significant reduction of consumption of paint material and labor costs. The prototype produced phosphate primer based on polyvinyl butyral (trademark VL-02 GOST 12707-77) by mixing basics primer and acid diluent on the basis of ethyl alcohol in the ratio, wt.%:

basics primer - 88,9; ntouka based on polyvinyl butyral (trademark VL-02 GOST 12707-77), acid diluent on the basis of ethyl alcohol and primer acrylic-based (brand AK-070 GOST 25718-83) at different ratios of components.

The compositions tested the proposed primers are given in table. 1.

Received the prototype and the claimed technical solution phosphate primer used for applying the primer coating using pressure atomisation to sample size HH,5 mm made of different metals: aluminum, copper, magnesium, titanium, steel 08 KP, steel 12X18H10T. The primer coat was applied a two-layer enamel coating from different enamels: perchlorovinyl basis (brand XB-785), melamine-based (brand ML-12), polyacrylic-based (brand AK-192), based on acrylic copolymers (type AC-182), oil-styrene-based (mark MC-17), epoxy (EP brand-140) and urea-based (brand MCH-13). Based on the results of this work it was found that the inventive phosphate primer differs from primer to prototype a lower cost - to 2.5-10%, less primer consumption and labor costs, when it is applied to 25-40% while maintaining adhesion to the metal surface of different metals-level primer on the prototype and compatibility to various enamels-level primer based on acrylic resin brand AK-070.

The optimal composition of the inventive phosphate primer is the following, wt%:

Acid diluent - 10,0 - 1,11

Additive primer acrylic-based brand AK-070 or AK-069 - 50 - 90

Foundation primer - Rest

Reducing the number of additives primer acrylic-based brand AK-070 or AK-069 in the inventive primer less than 50% wt. impairs its compatibility with enamel.

Invention describes thermoplastic mastic comprising film-forming polymer, titanium dioxide, plasticizing agents, phototechnical additives and mineral filling agents. Mastic comprises triple acrylic polymer of butyl methacrylate, methacrylic acid and styrene with acid number 6.0-9.0 mg KOH/g, softening point 90-112°C and relative viscosity 1.4-1.8 for 2% solution in butyl acetate as a film-forming agent; mastic comprises a mixture of dibutyl-ortho-phthalate or plasticizer agent EDOS with dimethylterephthalate as plasticizing agents. Mastic comprises organic optical whitening agent, possibly in mixture with glass microbeads as a phototechnical additive, and a mixture of quartz sand and micromarble particles as a mineral filling agent.
