The invention relates to medicine, namely to devices for electromagnetic stimulation. The technical result consists in the optimization of complex external physiotherapy magnetoelectric effects to reduce treatment time and improve its efficiency. Device for electromagnetic stimulation includes a casing, coil, pacemaker electrodes, control circuit and power supply. It introduced the sawtooth generator pulses, the second coil and a U-shaped core for forming a magnetic field whose lines of force are closed between the free ends of the core, coil placed at the ends of the core and connected to the sawtooth generator pulses, and a control circuit configured to align the phases of the generated electric and magnetic fields. 1 Il.
