(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to sealing compositions used in coating and impregnating masses in the manufacture of roll roofing materials. Technological result of the invention is the extension of the temperature range of operation, deformation, water-stability, reducing production costs and environmental conforming. The technical result is achieved by the fact that bitemporally composition comprising bitumen, oil plasticizer and a polymeric additive, as the latter contains dissolved softner "PM" composite waste-TO-2, which is a waste product of the adhesive insulating tape and containing in its composition in weight the following components: high-pressure polyethylene, low pressure polyethylene, butyl rubber, a petroleum resin, carbon black, oil-softner "PM", talc, zinc oxide, antioxidant, with the following ratio of components of the bitumen-polymer composition, wt.%: bitumen 60 - 84, the said oil-softner "PM" 15 - 27 specified composite waste-TO-2 5 - 9. table 1.

The disadvantage of bitumen-polymer mixtures is unsatisfactory improvement of the key performance properties: replacementcost, crack-resistance and water-stability of waterproofing. This is due to the low content of butyl rubber (4V0and the inability to increase its mass fraction in the result of a sharp increase in the viscosity of the composition and increase the operating temperature to 200oC and above. Reducing the working temperature to the optimum (140-160oC) in these compositions is achieved by incorporating industrial oils AND 40A in the amount of 16% by weight. Therefore, the ratio of et which is a petroleum resin, contributing to the softening of butyl rubber, vulcanized agents are talc and zinc oxide, a small amount of carbon black and antioxidant stabilizes and slows down the aging process.

Composite waste-TO-2 is not a simple mechanical mixture of listed components and modification of the properties of the bitumen is not explained by the known effects of the polyethylene and butyl rubber polymer additives. In the process of formation of the composition CO-2 polymer components chemically modified interact, which gives the composition of the above positive features and distinctive characteristics from the known analogues.

The use of CO-2 in a mixture with butter-softening agent "PM" in the bitumen-polymer compositions of the coating mass in addition to improving its properties can significantly reduce its cost and, in addition, to improve the ecological status of the air basin production of insulation materials, as for disposal of waste-TO-2 in furnaces, boilers produce large amounts of harmful ingredients.

Physico-mechanical properties of bitumen-polymeric mixtures was evaluated by the following indicators:

-water resistance (water absorption) within 24 hours, within 6 months.

To check the compliance of the claimed invention, the criterion of "inventive step", the applicant conducted an additional search of the known solutions to identify signs coinciding with the distinctive features of the prototype.
