Describes a new binder for reinforced plastics, including epoxygenase resin, an aromatic amine curing agent and an active diluent, characterized in that as the active diluent it contains glycidyloxy esters of phosphorus acids of General formula

in the following ratio, wt.h.: epoxygenase resin 100, glycidyloxy esters of phosphorus acids 10 to 25, an aromatic amine hardener - stoichiometric quantity. The technical result - the reduction of the viscosity of the composition, duration of curing and improving the heat resistance. table 1.

The invention relates to the field of production of low-viscosity epoxy binder for glass, basalt and other plastics structural purpose, solvent free.

Known epoxy composition comprising epoxygenase resin, amine curing agent and an active diluent - modifier diepoxyoctane [A. S. USSR N 905240, CL. C 08 L 63/02, 1982]. The disadvantage of this composition is relatively high viscosity and duration of curing.

Closest to the present invention is a polymer is a founder and active diluent - diglycidyl ether n-oksibenzoynoy acid [A. S. USSR N 1060650, CL. C 08 L 63/00, 1983] (prototype). Disadvantages are the high viscosity, the duration of curing and low temperature resistance.

The technical result, which is aimed invention is to reduce the viscosity of the composition, duration of curing and improving heat resistance.

The composition includes an epoxy resin, an aromatic amine curing agent and an active diluent, as active diluent contains glycidyloxy esters of phosphorus acids of General formula:

glycidyloxy esters of phosphorus acids - 10 - 25

aromatic amine hardener - stoichiometric quantity.

Epoxygenase resin was used brands of ED-24, ED-22, ED-20, ED-18, [GOST 10587-84] and other oligomers in the range.

Glycidyloxy esters of phosphorus acids - liquid colorless and odorless not have irritating in contact with skin. Glycidyloxy esters of phosphorus acids synthesized by the method of [Stepashkin L. Example 2. To 100 g of epoxy Dianova resin ED-20 add 5 g of diglycidylether, mix (mix can be stored for more than one year). The mixture is heated to 70oC add a stoichiometric amount of (27 g) 4,4'-DADPM, mix and carry out the curing of the samples on the 90oC/3 h + 150oC/4 h

Example 3. To 100 g of ED-20 add 5 g of triglyceriderich, mix (mix can be stored for more than one year), heated to 70oC add a stoichiometric amount (27.5 g) 4,4'-DADPM, mix and carry out the curing of the samples on the 90oC/3 h + 150oC/4 h

Similarly prepared composition containing 10, 15, 20, 25, 30% modifiers.

Example 4. Analogously to example 1 to prepare a mixture of resin and diglicidylmethylphosphonate add stoichiometric number (38,3 g) 3,3'-dichloro, 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane ("diameter-x") and spend about mesh resin and diglycidylether, add a stoichiometric amount of (38 g) "diameter-x" and carry out the curing of samples mode: 100oC/3 h + 160oC/ 4 h

Example 7. Analogously to example 1 to prepare a mixture of resin and diglicidylmethylphosphonate add stoichiometric number (16,4 g) m-phenylenediamine (MPDA) and carry out the curing of samples mode: 100oC/3 h + 160oC/4 h

Example 8. Analogously to example 2 to prepare a mixture of ED-20 and diglycidylether add a stoichiometric amount (16.3 g) MFD and carry out the curing of samples mode: 100oC/3 h + 160oC/4 h

Example 9. Analogously to example 3 to prepare a mixture of ED-20 and tropicalista add a stoichiometric amount (16.7 g) MFD and carry out the curing of samples mode: 100oC/3 h + 160oC/4 h

Similarly prepared composition containing 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30% modifiers.

Properties processusa have higher heat resistance (increased by 10 - 40oC compared to the prototype) and reduced viscosity (decrease approximately 5 times compared with the known compositions). The lower viscosity allows to accelerate and improve the process of impregnation of the reinforcing filler, to reduce the number of air inclusions. This greatly increases the strength characteristics of reinforced plastics. In addition, the curing time of the composition in comparison with the known reduced in 2 times. For the prototype the mode of curing 110-120oC/6 h + 150-160oC/8 hours
