(57) Abstract:

Describes a new composition coating paint for leather, including a paint-based concentrate for color, casein, wax emulsion, the emulsion of a copolymer of methyl acrylate, butyl acrylate and methacrylic acid (emulsion (BMP-3), the dispersion of a copolymer of butadiene with methyl methacrylate (latex BMC), the product of emulsion polymerization of the methyl ester of acrylic acid (acrylic) (emulsion M-1K) and water. The composition additionally contains activcontrol in the following ratio, wt.%: paint 99,0 - 99,99, activcontrol of 0.01 to 1.0. The technical result is an increase in strength and elasticity of the skin. table 1.

The invention relates to light industry and can be used in the production of coating colors for dyeing leather.

It is known that to give the skin the necessary hygienic, aesthetic, strength and other properties on their surface, at the stage finish, creating a coating film is desired, the specified color.

The disadvantages listed coating paints: low heat - and cold resistance, non-resistant to the action of organic solvents, lack of elasticity.

Examples of other quantities of octafluorotoluene and the test results are summarized in table.

As can be seen from the table, the addition of 0.01 to 1.0 wt.% octafluorotoluene increases the ultimate tensile strength in comparison with the prototype up to 10%, and the maximum elongation of 21%. The influence of additives on improving the quality of coating paint, probably due to intermolecular interaction octafluorotoluene (van der Vaal's strength, strong hydrogen bonds, involving signalextraction fluorine atom-type donor-acceptor) with the components of the composition of the foaming agent (structural effect).
