Describes a composition for insulating material including urea resin, an acid curing agent, a surfactant, a chemical detoxifier and water, characterized in that it additionally contains a filler, and as a chemical detoxifier contains compounds selected from the group comprising technical lignosulfonates, a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol and hydrochloric acid triethanolamine in their mass ratio of 1:(0.1 to 0,33), sulfite-yeast mash in the following ratio, wt.%: urea resin-45-75; acid compound is 1.0 to 2.5; filler-0,2-10,0; surfactant-1,2-2,7; chemical detoxifier-3,3-5,8; water - the rest. The method allows to obtain environmentally friendly heat insulation material, preserving strength and thermal insulation properties at a lower bulk density of the finished products. 3 C.p. f-crystals, 2 tab.

The invention relates to the production of building materials, namely, compositions for the production of thermal insulating materials.

Known composition for the manufacture of heat-insulating material, enabling the EOS 0.2 to 5, fire retardant 0.5 to 1, repellent 0.3 to 1.5, and water - the rest, and as the polymer used urea resin. A disadvantage of the known technical solution is relatively low mechanical strength of the finished products (EN 2055820, A, 1995).

The closest to the technical essence and the achieved result is a composition (SU 471348 A, 1993), including (wt.%): urea resin 25,4-33,3, acid curing agent is 0.5 to 1.5, phosphogypsum 37,% - 66,0, granules of foamed polystyrene of 3.0 to 12.5, urea and 2.5-3.5, foaming of 0.4-2.5 and water - the rest.

A disadvantage of the known technical solution is relatively high accuracy insulation products.

An object of the invention is the improvement of physico-mechanical properties and reduced toxicity.

The solution of the technical problem is achieved by the fact that the composition for manufacturing insulation material comprises urea-formaldehyde resin, an acid curing agent, a surfactant, a chemical detoxifier and water, and it additionally contains a filler, and as a chemical detoxifier contains compounds selected from the group comprising of lignocaine 1:(0.1 to 0,33), sulfite-yeast mash, in the following ratio, wt.%: urea resin 45-75, acid curing agent, 1,0-2,5, filler 0,2-10, surfactant 1,2-2,7, chemical detoxifier of 3.5 to 5.8, water - the rest, as surface-active substances it contains compounds selected from the group comprising sodium or calcium salts of sulfonated condensation products of waste products of phenol and formaldehyde, sodium or calcium salts of sulfonated condensation products of naphthalene with formaldehyde or styrene with formaldehyde or melamine with formaldehyde in a mixture with sodium or triethanolamine salts of sulfate alkylamino synthetic fatty acid fraction C10-C16or with the same salts alkylene acid fraction C12-C16when the mass ratio of 1:(0.5 to 1.5), as a filler it contains a substance selected from the group comprising ligninase flour, wood sanding dust, building sand, plaster clay dust, fiberglass, graphite dust, carbon black granules of foamed polystyrene, binary mixtures of fillers in their mass ratio of 1: 1.

The proposed structure provides isthmi. The composition foams easily, which allows to obtain highly efficient insulating material having a high heat-shielding properties, and can also be used as a binder to produce a highly filled polymer compositions.

There were used the following components: urea resin (ISF) TU 6-06-0203398-338-90, urea (PM) according to GOST 2081-92, silicofluoride acid (was made the KRF) TU 06-09-2774-79, phosphoric acid (OFC) according to GOST 6552-80, the foaming agent (1)-triethanolamine salts of sulfates of alkylamides synthetic fatty acid fraction C10-C16according to GOST 6948-80, the foaming agent (3A)-triethanolamine salt alkylene acid fraction C12-C16on THE other 38-10923-75, the foaming agent (FOK-M) TU 2601-1560-00288407-96, the foaming agent (LSN)-sodium dodecyl sulfate on THE 6-09-10-1405-79, polyvinyl alcohol on THE 10779-78, sulfinol on THE 38-40824-79, hydroxylamine sulfate (HBM) according to GOST 5456-79, construction gypsum (FSH) according to GOST 125-79, clay dust (LOC), the fraction of 0.45 mm and below, polystyrene granules (PSG) TU 5712-161-00284807-96, sulfite-yeast mash (RRT) TU 13-0281036-16-90.

Method for producing heat-insulating material is based on the PEFC is toulenne foam from an aqueous solution of surfactant in the range of declared concentration ratios followed by thorough stirring until a homogeneous molding material, which is then placed in a form. Eye-catching free formaldehyde enters into a chemical reaction with equimolar amounts of chemical detoxifier that can significantly improve environmental safety.

The results of the practical implementation of the proposed technical solutions are shown in tables 1 and 2.

As can be seen from table 2, implementation of the proposed technical solutions (examples 4-6), allows to obtain environmentally friendly thermal insulation material in comparison with the known compounds (examples 1-3) while maintaining strength and thermal insulation properties, but significantly lower bulk density of the finished products.

The application of the proposed technical solutions outside the stated conditions do not lead to the desired results (examples 7-8).
