(57) Abstract:The hose is designed for use in hydraulic and pneumatic systems high pressure. The corrugations of the shell hose is made variable pitch, which smoothly varies along the length of the shell. The minimum step is carried out at one-third length measured from the end of the shell. N 20, 1972), consisting of a flexible camera, braid and end fittings.The disadvantage of the flexible hose is the low reliability and durability of the hose due to the constant length of the flexible chamber stiffness, contributing to mounting stresses in the zone of the end fittings and in the middle of the flexible chamber, while ensuring the minimum allowable bend radius of the hose.Also known metal hoses (OST 5P.5351-78 and THAT the second valve.A disadvantage of the known hose is the low reliability and durability due to the constant length of the shirred casing rigidity, contributing to mounting stresses in the zone of the end fittings and in the middle of the shirred casing while ensuring the minimum allowable bend radius of the hose. Hoses fail, not after the stipulated OST 5P.5351-78 and THE 5.551-10138-82 warranty period. All hoses metal, broken, have a characteristic defects - cracks fatigue character in corrugated sheath, located generally in the area of the end fittings, and less in the middle of the hose.The problem solved by the invention is to enhance reliability and durability of the metal hose.The invention consists in that the metal hose comprising a corrugated shell, wire braid and end fittings, buckles made with variable pitch, which smoothly varies along the length of the shell, and the minimum step is carried out at one-third length measured from the end of the shell, at the end of the shell step is made equal to three, and in the middle of the shell is twice the minimum step.The invention paasikoski consists of the shirred casing 1, wire braid 2 and end fittings consisting of a tip 3, the ring 4 and the sleeve 5. SUBSTANCE: flexible metal sleeve contains bellows mated with sleeve and metallic armor and barrel positioned coaxially on their external surface. Inside the armor on mated end of recess of corrugation of bellows cut ring is positioned. Mated rectilinear portion of corrugation of bellows is held between ring and end surface of sleeve. Ends of bellows and sleeve are connected by welded seam, made on side surface of sleeve and ring along the edge of clamped section of bellows. In particular case of realization of metal sleeve, width of cut ring is equal to width of recess of corrugation of bellows, and its thickness is equal to length of rectilinear portion of corrugation of bellows, while armor, barrel and sleeve are connected by single welded seam.
EFFECT: production of quality welded seam of bellows to flange due to prevented burn-through defects while simultaneously decreasing requirements to qualification of welder.

FIELD: constructional engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pipeline design. Piping assembly contains conducting corrugated pipeline, including rising and falling coils, conducting polymer shell arranged along the length of the said corrugated pipeline the aforesaid polymer shell providing conductivity from shell to conducting pipeline having maximum bulk resistivity of about 7×104 Ohm·cm to provide conductivity of electric charge from external surface of polymer shell through conducting polymer shell to conducting metal corrugated pipeline. According to the second version of piping assembly design, the said thermoplastic polymer has minimum tensile strength of about 28 MPa, minimum elongation of about 300%, minimum flexural modulus of about 170 MPa and maximum bulk resistivity about 7×104 Ohm·cm. Assembly is provided with fitting jointed to the said corrugated pipeline on its end.
EFFECT: production of polymer shell of improved conductivity of electric charge to conducting metal corrugated pipeline.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production of flexible metal hoses. According to the method first a set of parts is prepared; the set is composed out of not upset or partially upset by length and transverse corrugated chamber with flat end, of wire braiding, of bearing sleeves and of external rings and cartridges. Further the hose is assembled, in the process of which the flat ends of the corrugated chamber are arranged coaxially between the external end and the bearing sleeve and connected between them by contact seam welding. The corrugated chamber is covered from outside with wire braiding. The ends of braiding are arranged coaxially between the external cartridge and the bearing sleeve and welded to each other. The feature of the method is the following: before assembly the corrugated chamber taken from the prepared set is subject to complete upset by length, while coating the corrugated chamber with braiding, coaxial arrangement of its ends between the external cartridge and the bearing sleeve, and connecting ends by welding is performed while the corrugated chamber is compacted with axial force value of which is determined out of expression: where: H is maximal depth of hose submersion during operation, m, γ is density of water, g/cm3; Dy is internal diametre of the corrugated chamber, cm, h is height of corrugation profile, cm.
EFFECT: increased life of metal hose under condition of under water operation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to drain bellows, more specifically, to sets of flexible drain bellows, having a flexible part with a preferably smooth surface, and methods of assembly and installation of such flexible devices. According to one of versions of realisation, the set of drain bellows comprises a bellows having the first and second ends and a catching part between the first and second ends, a connector with a sanitary device, a Y-shaped fitting and a drain connection, comprising a flexible hose, having preferably a smooth inner surface. One of versions of the method for installation of the drain bellows between the drain of the sanitary device and the outlet end of the drain pipe consists in the fact that they assemble a drain bellows, a connector with a sanitary device is connected to the drain of the sanitary device. The drain connection is matched with the outlet end of the drain pipe, and it is connected to the outlet end of the drain pipe. The first combined end, the second combined end and the outlet end of the Y-shaped fitting determine the first, second and third longitudinal axes. The first and third longitudinal axes determine the first plane, and the second and third longitudinal axes determine the second plane, which is different from the first one.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for trapping of smokes, gases and smells in a system of drainage pipes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of crimped heat-insulated pipeline. Pipeline comprises at least one inner pipe, crimped outer pipe spaced therefrom and made of synthetic material and a ply of foamed synthetic material to fill the spacing between both pipes. First, ply of foam is applied to inner pipe to extrude outer pipe thereat. After extrusion of outer pipe, forming tools are used to make crimps on foam ply.

SUBSTANCE: corrugated gas line is intended for transportation of gases and gas-liquid mixtures. Corrugated pipeline comprises at least one corrugated tube section, the ratio of rib interval is within 0.3-0.9, and the ratio of amplitudes is within 0.8-1.2, besides, it is equipped with a flat support plate and at least two attached to the support plate fastening brackets that have internal diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of corrugated pipe section, and covering the outer surface of the corrugated pipe section to allow bending of corrugated pipe section located between fastening brackets, with curvature radius equal to 2-4 diameters of corrugated pipe section.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of efficiency of suppressing noise and vibration that occur due to instability of inner flow of pumped medium in flexible pipelines with corrugated wall.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a flexible pipe for transporting a pressurized, free-flowing medium. Conduit consists of two cross-corrugated to their longitudinal direction tubes made of metal, which are arranged with the gap with the inclusion of a ring spaced concentric with each other. In the annular gap between both pipes there is a vacuum isolation. Outside on the inner tube is a solid reinforcement train is applied, which is fixedly connected to the same at both ends of the inner tube. FIELD: metallurgy; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a scope of metal forming, particularly, to method for manufacturing watertight, corrugated metal pipes. Longitudinal corrugations are formed on a strip of metal sheet by successive passages between counterposed corrugating barrels having alternated, circumferential ridges on their outer surfaces The opposite, longitudinal lips of the strip are bent in opposite directions. Then the strip of metal sheet is coiled into a helical shape, whereby the opposite, longitudinal lips overlap laterally. Before the opposite, longitudinal lips are crimped together between counterposed crimping rollers, a rubber gasket is fitted to one of the opposite longitudinal lips. Gasket has a bent profile capable of embracing the longitudinal lip at least partially. Whereby the material of the gasket, by effect of the crimping pressure, is reduced in thickness and deformed plastically at least in certain areas of the longitudinal lips which are biased against each other by the crimping action.
EFFECT: use of a rubber gasket with bent profile results in increased watertightness of the pipe.
