(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the field of construction machines, namely, power lifting frames on mobile devices go. The chassis frame has a transverse and longitudinal beams. The longitudinal beam is made in the form of a single beam box-section with a base node for a turntable. What's new is that the base unit is designed in the form of a prism with a height equal to the height of the box section longitudinal beam of the frame. The upper and lower base node is respectively the top and bottom shelf of the longitudinal beams of the frame. This construction of the base node increases the stiffness of the perimeter of a turntable, its durability and reliability with minimum weight of the frame, has a high adaptability. 3 Il.

The invention relates to the field of construction machines and can be used in self-propelled lifting cranes, in particular in the automotive cranes.

Known chassis frame of the automobile cranes, having a cross-joisting and consisting of two longitudinal and short transverse beams. However, this construction of the base node in the navigation frame does not create a rigid base along the perimeter of the SDA. This causes wear rings at SDA in places where they rest on the beams of the base node, its unreliability in operation and low durability.

Known chassis frame with a base node closest to the technical essence is the frame in which the base unit is made of two curved and straight beams between longitudinal beams and three strut-braced beams in the form of a polyhedron outside from each of the latter. The chassis frame with a base node for installation of a turntable in the form of a truncated cone, although addresses previous shortcomings, but it is technologically difficult to manufacture. (Patent RU 2081776).

The present invention is to increase the rigidity of the base node on the perimeter of the SDA with the minimum weight of the frame, enhancing the durability and reliability of the SDA and high adaptability.

The problem is solved in such a way that in the world the wow section, which is the base node, the base node is executed in the form of a prism with a height equal to the height of the box section longitudinal beam of the frame.

This construction of the base node has a high and uniform along the perimeter of the SDA rigidity. This is because the vertical deformation of the surface of the host, which supports SDA-related stress tension-compression in the wall of the shell, have little value. In the beam structure similar strains have a much greater value, as these relate to stresses in the shelves from bending beams.

The frame consists of longitudinal beams 1, the transverse beams 2 outriggers, strut-braced beams 3 and the base node 4 for a turntable.

The upper base 5 is connected with the upper shelf longitudinal seam 6. In the middle part of the Foundation for technological reasons made the window. On top of the base is attached to the ring 7 for connecting the frame with the node PP.

The lower base of the node is lower shelf 8 of the longitudinal beams of the frame. Pascalc spoliate under the ring 7 for attaching the PP to the frame. In this case, as shown by experimental studies, is the greatest rigidity of the node.

SUBSTANCE: proposed bogie comprises bolster 1 with centre bowl 2, two side sliders 3 and cushioning springs 4, 5. Torsion 10 is arranged inside said bolster to thrust in bearings 11, 12 for angular displacement therein, housings of said bearings being secured at bolster ends. Torsion ends at bogie every side are rigidly jointed with horizontal levers 13, 14 their opposite ends being coupled via spherical hinges 15, 16 with brackets 17, 18 secured at frames 6, 7.

SUBSTANCE: truck includes two wheelpairs (1), welded side beams (5) and assembly (7) of cross beam which take the form of three-link structure. Both ends of side beam are connected with wheelpairs via main rubber-metal pad (4) and adapter (2) located on bearing (13) of wheelpairs. Two wheelpairs are interconnected via adapter and wheelpair connecting device (3). Cross beam assembly is connected with side beam via two additional suspension systems (6). The main breaking device (8) is suspended on assembly of cross beam or side beam. Wheelpair connecting device contains two arc rods (31) and one arc rod connecting part (32). Both ends of arc rods are connected with adapter by means of bolting, riveting or welding. The arc rod connecting part represents structure of rubber spherical articulated joint (321) or spherical bearing (322).

EFFECT: reduced wheel-rail force and wear of suspension system parts, higher stability of truck during high-speed movement and reduced wear of rim when truck runs over curved rail.

SUBSTANCE: railway car wheeled truck (1) contains engine (4) the body (6) of which is mounted on two longitudinal beams (2) of wheeled truck, and engine driving shaft (12) is located in parallel with them, auxiliary suspensions (14) and bolster (16) resting on them. SUBSTANCE: claimed bogie comprises two side frames and bolster. Bolster has two opposite ends are its sides each extending into side frame bore to be supported by spring set. Freight car stable bogie includes the cross bearer extending into side frame and supported therein. Spring set rests in every end of cross bearer. Every side frame features availability of horn gap at every end to support pivot unit so that elastomer guide pad and bearing adapter are strutted. Side frame and cross bearer fastening assembly is composed of a stiff hinge joint. Friction wedges between side frames and bolster allows damping from damping at low friction level to high friction level at engagement.

EFFECT: hinge uncoupling of side frame and cross bearer as well as crosswise displacement of friction wedges to bolster decrease interaction of displacements caused by track shifts.

SUBSTANCE: claimed bogie consists of two mounted axles (2), axle box suspension with helical springs, welded frame (1), all-welded bolster (4), sliders, resilient elements of central suspension arranged at the bolster bed (3) and pivoted with the frame by inclined swing links and rolls and the brake leverage (5). Said bolster thrusts against the bolster bed via said helical springs (7) and coupled therewith by two vertical dampers (9) and with the bogie frame by horizontal dampers (10). The brake leverage is composed of independent mechanisms transmitting the force from one brake cylinder located at the bogie frame to both wheels of mounted axle.

EFFECT: bogie higher speed and reliability.
