(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to shipbuilding and for the device with locking elements for towing racks on the ship. Towing racks are located in pairs on the stern of the vessel with the possibility of raising and lowering and is intended for the direction of the tow rope between them. Each hour towing in pairs in the upper part equipped with appropriate locking element and can be rotated to allow the installation of locking devices. Each locking element in vertical section and in cross section on the outside from the towing rack has an approximately U-shaped. The locking element, if you look at it in a horizontal plane, has the form of an arc. These locking elements when closing the opening between the towing racks together have the shape of an arc, passing in the direction of the coma of the vessel. The U-shaped cross-section of the locking element in the part which is turned towards the stern of the vessel, has a smoothly curved shape, while the part facing away from the stern of the vessel, is more clearly oriented up a form with less pronounced angularity. Known locking elements or "fold" in accordance with the patent in Norway lane conditions appear to be less suitable when towing, when it is necessary to adjust the length of the tow rope, tow rope, chain or etc., or when such a tow rope or similar pointing up.

Thus, the aim of the present invention is to develop solutions for this case, which would be a simple, but effective, and the device described in the introduction, characterized in that each locking element in vertical section and in transverse direction outside from the towing rack has an approximately U-shaped, that the locking element, if you look at it in a horizontal plane, at the same time has the shape of an arc, and that the locking elements on their respective outer free ends over a direct part in the form of a wall, moreover, these direct part come into contact with each other (and attach to each other) using appropriate and available to them covered and grasping means when the locking elements together to close the aperture between the towing racks.

In accordance with the following variants of implementation of the device is preferable that the locking element had a bowl shape with the specified U-shaped cross-section along the length of St is to install bolts, clamps, designed for fixing (locking element) to the towing rack.

In addition, it is preferable that a part of the locking element, which is turned down in the direction of the opening between adjacent tow racks when the items are put into contact with each other, would have a cross-section at least in the middle of the distance from a specified limit stereobase part of the form of an inverted U with a small height, and the lower part of the specified U-shaped form made approximately flat.

Hereinafter the invention is explained in greater detail with reference to the attached drawings.

Fig. 1 shows the device in accordance with the invention in cross section of the locking elements shown in solid lines in position, when they turned towards each other, and shown in dotted lines in position when they are turned towards each other.

Fig. 3 shows a section along the line III-III in Fig. 1.

Fig. 4 shows a perspective representation of one of the locking elements in accordance with the invention.

As shown in Fig. 1, a pair of tow racks 1, 2 is preferably at the stern of the vessel (not shown in the drawings). As clearly seen in cross section along the line III-III, is presented in more detail in Fig. 3, each locking element in vertical section and in transverse direction outside from the towing rack has an approximately U-shaped, marked by the number of POS.3 in Fig. 3. As also evident from Fig. 2, corresponding to the retaining elements 4 and 5 (visible in the horizontal plane) have the shape of an arc. This, in turn, means that in the case when the retaining elements 4 and 5 close the gap between the tow poles 1 and 2, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2, the locking elements together have the shape of arcs 6, passing (serving) in the direction of the stern of the vessel. The retaining elements 4 and 5 at their respective outer free ends are finished with a straight baffle 5", so these covered and covering means on said partitions are in contact and interlock with each other when the locking elements together to close the gap between the towing racks.

As can be seen in Fig. 3 and 4, the locking element is preferably Cup-shaped with the specified U-shaped cross-section along its curvilinear plot. As can be seen in Fig. 2, the retaining elements 4 and 5 can be rotated out to the side with the tow racks 1 and 2, which are also mounted respectively can be rotated relative to the deck 13 of the vessel. The locking elements and towing rack can be raised and lowered while rotating towing racks, at least during part of their displacement in the vertical direction, for example, by using the technical solution, similar to that shown in the patent Norway No. 153527. In the practical implementation options implementation this means that during the rotation locking elements toward each other (in the position in which they are shown in dotted lines in Fig. 2) in their lowered position the upper surface of the locking elements is approximately aligned with the deck 13 of the vessel and around the holes 14, 15 in the deck has a corresponding frames 16, 17 which protrude slightly above the deck. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floating means intended for special purposes, particularly, to pontoons, floating docks and etc. Floating platform comprises at least three plastic hollow floating element with at least four lugs each and binding plastic hollow floating elements to each other and fitted in appropriate lugs of fasteners. Each fastening assembly is made in the form of four interconnected by central support element lugs arranged around the latter and connected by fastening elements with lugs at least two located around the fastening unit of plastic hollow floating elements.
