(57) Abstract:

The invention is intended for use in feed. In the composition of the premix for feed is injected oil containing extract biomass micromycete Saproleghia parasitica, has antioxidant properties, F-vitamin activity and preventing microbial spoilage of premix. The invention allows to simplify the technology due to the lack of necessary preliminary conservation filler.

The invention relates to the feed industry and can be used in the production of premixes for animal feed.

A method of obtaining premix long-term storage, including grinding of the filler containing canned grain or its products, and the introduction of the filler biologically active substances and antioxidant (RU, patent 2111675, CL A 23 K 1/00, 1998).

The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of the technology associated with the need to pre-canning filler.

The technical result of the invention is to simplify the technology.

This result is achieved in that in the method of producing premix dialnow filler biologically active substances and antioxidant, according to the invention as an antioxidant used oil containing extract biomass micromycete Saprolegnia parasitica.

This allows to simplify the technology due to the lack of necessary preliminary conservation filler.

The method is implemented as follows.

The filler containing grain or its products, pulverized and mixed with prescription components of biologically active substances and oil containing an extract of biomass micromycete Saprolegnia parasitica. Oil containing extract biomass micromycete Saprolegnia parasitica includes not less than 65% by weight of unsaturated fatty acids or their esters, depending on the cultivation conditions and the used extractant. This accounts for its antioxidant properties. Up to 80% of unsaturated fatty acids in the extract presents polyunsaturated higher fatty acids, which, as is well known, determines the F-vitamin activity. In addition, a significant portion of the polyunsaturated fatty acids are eicosatetraenoate and eicosapentaenoic acid, which is already in concentrations of about 0.5 mg/t cause biochemical changes in the grain, the passage of which is broken troficheskaya of preservative.

Thus, the proposed method allows to simplify the technology of preparation of the premix.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing protein-vitamin fodder that involves solid or liquid waste in production and processing the natural raw (grains, milling waste, post-alcoholic distillery grains, beer pellets, fruit pulps or whey). Enzyme lysates are prepared from solid waste and starch waste. Cobalt salt is added to liquid waste or enzyme lysates. Prepared nutrient medium is used in incubation of lactobacillus and propionibacillus microorganisms taken by the following pairs: Lactobacillus acidophilus 1660/02 with Propionibacterium freudenreichii subsp. shermanii 103/12; or Lactobacillus acidophilus 1660/02 with Propionibacterium acnes 1450/28; or Lactobacillus plantarum 578/25 with Propionibacterium freudenreichii subsp. shermanii 103/12; or Lactobacillus plantarum 578/25 with Propionibacterium acnes 1450/28. This method provides preparing fodder enriched with vitamins and proteins and containing live cells of lactobacillus and propionibacillus microorganisms. Method enriches animal intestine microflora after feeding the prepared fodder to animals. Fodder comprises protective substances (organic acids, enzyme systems) and can be stored as crude form for the prolonged time.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing fodder product from sugar beet seeds by their grinding and by addition of soybean grist in the ratio = 10:(2-3), extraction with hydrochloric acid followed by precipitation of the end product. Invention provides elevating level of lysine in the end product.

SUBSTANCE: method involves withdrawing and feeding suspension for processing; separating suspension into sediment and filtrate; directing part of filtrate back into production circuit; introducing feed additives; mixing sediment with feed additives; drying mixed mass and forming product; separating delivered after-distillery dregs suspension by forced filtering and coagulation process and feeding into mixer for mixing of sediments with feed additives; conveying resultant mass to equipment for drying and forming procedures. Upon completion of procedure for forced filtration of after-distillery dregs suspension, up to 1/3 the total volume of resultant filtrate is directed back into production circuit for mixing of spent wash. Calcium hydroxide is use as coagulant.

EFFECT: simplified process for preparing of after-distillery dregs suspension before drying procedure, reduced power consumption and material usage.

SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing sunflower oil foots with crushed cereal component in high-speed mixer having shaft rotational speed of 1,000-1,500 rev/min, with optimal dose of feeding of sunflower oil foots in the course of mixing with crushed cereal component being 30%. Method allows precise dosage of sunflower oil foots into crushed feed to be provided and homogeneous non-sticky mass to be produced. Also, method provides for purposeful utilization of sunflower oil foots and deficit of energy feeding of farm animals and poultry to be eliminated.

EFFECT: increased energy value of crushed feed, reduced labor intensity, simplified process and increased productive quality of farm animals and poultry.

Amounts of said components are used depending upon biogeochemical zone of region, where animals are produced, grown and used. Preparation is used as means for therapy and prophylaxis of sheep's metabolism disorder and allows feeding ration to be corrected and, accordingly, metabolism to be normalized.

EFFECT: increased productivity, therapy and prophylaxis of metabolism, provision for giving birth to viable lambs, and metabolism prophylaxis for young animals.

SUBSTANCE: novel feed additive composition is manufactured via fermentation using D-pantothenic acid producing microorganisms, which additive contains one or several D-pantothenic acid selected from sodium, potassium, ammonium, magnesium, and calcium salts. Preparation procedure is described.

EFFECT: increased resource of feed substances, increased production output, and reduced production expenses.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with preparing fodders out of waste products of alcoholic production. The method deals with filtration of distillery grains followed by its mixing with soybean grinding product, chalk, salt. Then comes drying, fragmentation and granulation. The method enables to increase the content of protein in the fodder and decrease energy expenses.
