(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to wheeled tractors, equipped with an automatic power regulator system mounted, namely, devices for increasing the permeability and productivity of wheeled tractors under the building-block approach them with trailers and other towed vehicles. Device for increasing the permeability of wheeled tractors when working with trailers contains a spreader mounted on the lifting levers hinged mechanism of the tractor, a spring-actuated rod connected with the flexible element. The ends of the flexible element is mounted on the front axle of the trailer, equipped with thrust roller, and a flexible element passed through the specified clip. Trailer hitch connected to the lever force sensor associated with the actuator valve of the hydraulic lifting referred lifting lever for tensioning a flexible element. Technical result achieved is to provide automatic control of coupling weight attributable to the tractor's rear wheels depending on traction resistance of the trailer, reducing vibrations of the traction load on the hook of the tractor and improving manageability of the unit. 3 Il.

The invention relates to wheeled tractors, the necessity and performance of wheeled tractors under the building-block approach them with trailers and other towed vehicles.

The lack of wheeled transport units are low tyagovostsepnym properties, especially when working in off-road conditions and high humidity unpaved roads. One way to improve these properties is the increase in vertical load falling on the rear wheels of the tractor. In addition, in the process due to uneven microrelief variables and physico-mechanical properties of soil force on the hook of the tractor is constantly changing, which degrades throughput of the transport unit and reduces performance.

A device that allows you to improve cross-wheeled transport units [1]. It has a flexible power connection of the tractor with the trailer, through which you can transfer some of the weight from the trailer to the tractor, thereby increasing the coupling weight of the latter.

The disadvantage of this device is that it is intended for short-term loading of the rear wheels by lifting levers hinged mechanism of the tractor. It nepredusmotritel automatic adjustment of coupling weight depending on the traction resistance of the trailer. The short duration of use of this device does not significantly increase proizvoditelnykh the wheels of the trailer, especially when moving along a curved trajectory, as an additional power connection is made in the form of single-stranded flexible element. This feature affects the controllability of the transport unit when turning. The lack of automatic controlled adjustment of coupling weight when using pogrujayuschee device leads to excessive unloading of the front wheels, which also affects handling of the transport unit.

The objective of the invention is the automatic adjustment of coupling weight attributable to the tractor's rear wheels depending on traction resistance of the trailer, reducing vibrations of the traction load on the hook of the tractor and controllability of the unit.

This is achieved by the fact that in the proposed device containing a spreader mounted on the lifting levers hinged mechanism of the tractor, a spring-actuated rod connected with the flexible element, the ends of which are secured to the front axle of the trailer, equipped with thrust roller, and a flexible element passed through the specified roller, and the trailer drawbar connected to the lever force sensor associated with the actuator valve of the hydraulic lifting referred to the lifting levers to pull Gibernau thrust with a flexible element to traverse the lifting levers hinged mechanism of the tractor; in Fig. 3 - installation of the lever of the force sensor, which is attached to the drawbar of the trailer.

The device comprises a yoke 1 and the rod 2 with the roller 3. Traverse 1 is fixed on the lifting arm 4 mounted mechanism of the tractor. Rod 2 has a spring 5 with the supporting-plate b are fixed to the cross beam 1 by a nut 7. Through the roller 3 is omitted flexible element (wire) 8, which has its ends secured to the front axle of the trailer 9. The shaft 10 of the trailer is connected with the trailer strap 11 of the lever 12 earrings 13 of the power sensor, the spring 14 which through the rod 15 is connected with Bolotnikova device controller, controlled by a handle 16. The lever 12 is mounted on the earring 13 two fingers 17.

The device operates as follows. After you attach a trailer to the tractor nut 7 choose the slack out of the rope while lifting levers 4 should be omitted completely. Handle settings 16 the regulator spool installed in a position in which during movement of the transport unit, due to the increased traction resistance of the trailer and the increased slippage of drive wheels corrects it on the lift arms 4 and the cable 8 is pulled. Increased tractive resistance, for example, when driving on loose ground or overcoming nerov signal through thrust 15 is transmitted to the spool of the power regulator. Last, moving, provides the hydraulic connection of the pump with a lifting cylinder chamber of a hinged mechanism, the oil pressure in the cylinder increases, lifting the lever 4 is raised, the cable 8 is pulled and part of the weight of the trailer is transmitted to the rear wheels, which reduces their slipping. Increasing the force in the line 8 is reduced effort in the shaft 10, which reduces the deformation of the spring 14 of the power sensor, the correction on the rise of the levers 4 stops. In this case will not occur excessive unloading of the front wheels of the tractor.

Due to the automatic control efforts in the shaft 10 and the cable 8 is reduced, the fluctuation of the total tractive resistance of sight. The proposed V-shaped flexible connection 8 of the lifting levers mounted mechanism 4 with both ends of the front axle of the trailer provides the same unloading both front wheels of the trailer, which improves the controllability of the vehicle in a curved motion, especially on sharp turns.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth wheel coupler engaging with semitrailer by pivot rigidly secured on support plate of step of semitrailer frame, and pneumatic brake system including compressor, connecting pipelines, brake cock, air cylinders, air distributing valves and wheel brake chambers. Pivot is made hollow accommodating shutoff valve. SUBSTANCE: proposed large-capacity trailer-train includes prime mover with pneumatic brake system and fifth wheel coupler engaging with pivot rigidly secured on frame and semitrailer also provided with pneumatic brake system connected with pneumatic brake system of prime mover. Frame of semitrailer in hinge-connected with rod of pneumatic cylinder arranged coaxially with longitudinal axis of its symmetry. Cylinder is hinge secured on pivot movably arranged in guides of semitrailer frame and spring-loaded relative to frame. Underpiston space of cylinder arranged from side of pivot is connected to pneumatic brake system of said semitrailer by means of pipeline.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth-wheel coupler gear mounted on its frame and coupled with semitrailer through pivot movable in longitudinal plane of semitrailer frame, main wheels connected to semitrailer frame by means of spring suspension, and spare wheels. At least pair of spare wheels is installed for rotation on pins rigidly secured on semitrailer frame, being movable arranged for transmission of traction force from prime mover to semitrailer between guides. Said guides are rigidly secured on frame of prime mover in its cross plane and they have wavy profile in horizontal plane.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of trailer-train owing to increased load capacity at existing overall dimensions of prime mover and semitrailer.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train consists of semi-trailer with support gear and support sheet of frame step in contact with turntable of fifth wheel coupling of prime-mover equipped with grips engaging with pivot of semi-trailer. Turntable of fifth wheel coupling of prime-mover is provided with vertical hole accommodating movably fitted-in pin spring-loaded relative to turntable, one end of pin has flat to engage with support sheet of semi-trailer frame step, and the other has conical section to engage with grips spring-loaded relative to each other by extension spring. Spring-loaded lock is installed for movement in horizontal plane of turntable, engaging at one side with circular recess of said pin, and at other side, carrying curvilinear rod whose radius of curvature is identical to radius of generatrix of end face surface of turntable and which is mated with spring-loaded stop installed for movement in slot made in support sheet of semi-trailer frame step. Said spring-loaded stop engages with one arm of spring-loaded bell-crank hinge-mounted on frame of semi-trailer, other arm of bell crank being coupled by means of flexible tie with frame of semi-trailer engaging with bracket rigidly secured on one of posts of support gear of semi-trailer.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in trailers. Proposed heavy trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth wheel coupler engaging with semitrailer provided with bogie movable in longitudinal plane with safety bar rigidly secured on frame. Bogie engages with frame of semitrailer through rods and compression springs. Housing of hydraulic cylinder is installed on frame of semitrailer in space between rods and parallel to said rods. Piston of hydraulic cylinder consists of two halves spring-loaded relative to each other and is rigidly coupled by rod with frame of bogie. Radial through channels are made in housing of hydraulic cylinder in longitudinal plane in overpiston space. Said channels have different diameter in length of hydraulic cylinder and are coupled by common pipeline with channel made in housing in hydraulic cylinder in its underpiston space. Said channel is closed by one of halves of said piston at all running, braking and stand-still modes of trailer-train with possibility of opening at impact load on safety bar of bogie.

EFFECT: provision of damping of impact loads at collision of passenger car and trailer-train.

SUBSTANCE: proposed hitch for connecting wheeled tractor and trailer has rigid draft connecting trailer pole with hydraulic hook of tractor and flexible draft bar connecting crossmember of lower longitudinal links of tractor mounting with front axle of trailer. Device is furnished with additional flexible draft bar including spring fixed on crossmember and connected through connecting link and feedback with draft control connected with hydraulic cylinder. Crossmember is mechanically connected with sensor coupled through feedback with position control.

Hydraulic mounting control system includes driving wheels slip pickup whose signals are transmitted to drive of spool of tractor mounting system regulator, and electromagnetic to control said spool.
