Fire resistant textile material is a textile fabric coated with antepartum composition. When this composition is applied in the form of a discrete layer on the basis of emulsion PVC. The elements of this layer are made in the form of different geometric located in different combination of elements, and pass on a straight line between adjacent elements covered in these or other elements. The invention allows to give a material of higher thermal properties while maintaining breathability and complex performance properties. 18 Il., table 1.

The invention relates to the production of flame-retardant textile material with a special coating for use in the manufacture of fire-resistant filter PPE.

The materials used for the manufacture of fire-resistant filter PPE, presented a number of different requirements. So, in addition to high fire resistance, they must have air and vapor permeability, low hardness, wear resistance and resistance to stains.

Also known flame-retardant textile material (U.S. patent N 4045406, 1977 ), which is based on cellulose and synthetic fibers applied a three-layer coating by successive impregnation first glycolic solution of zinc borate, then urea resin, combined with antimony trioxide and, further, a mixture of tricresylphosphate, chlorinated paraffin wax and polyvinyl chloride. In addition, these materials have insufficient thermal insulation properties. A significant drawback of these materials with antipyrene impregnation is the limited range of fabrics used as the basis as impregnation due to the nature of their chemical nature can be fixed only on cellulose basis, i.e., fabrics made from cotton and viscose fibers, and fabrics made from synthetic fibers, for example polyester, polyamide, these impregnations are not fixed.

The closest technical solution is the material of a textile fabric of glass fiber is only ammonium, the dioctylphthalate and pentaerythritol (patent of Russia No. 2091424 C1, C 08 L 27/06, 27.09.1997 year).

However, this material totally unsuitable for the manufacture of filter PPE due to its high mass (the mass of 1 m2more than 1.5 kg at a thickness of PVC coating 2 mm) and complete lack of hygienic material properties, because it is completely airtight. Thus, for the manufacture of filter PPE unknown flame resistant textile materials which possess both sufficient thermal insulation properties, fire resistance, air permeability, low stiffness and would be sustainable in the operation.

The invention

Inventive task was to create a fire resistant textile material coated textile fabric discrete coating containing flame retardants, which would have high hygienic and operational properties while maintaining thermal performance and fire resistance.

The material is produced as follows.
