The disadvantages of these methods include the need to use relatively complex equipment and additional energy consumption.

More promising are the ways to activate the flow of water, which are based on different installations of permanent magnets along the pipeline. Tom pairs of magnets, located at a distance from each other, the magnitude of which form a geometric progression. However, this method involves placing magnets on the considerable length of the pipe section, which is not always possible in the real world.

The closest analogue of the claimed invention is a method of processing the current flowing through the channel of fluid, including water, by exposure to multiple permanent magnets, the direction of force lines of which at least one time reversed (US patent 5356534, C 02 F 1/48, 18.10.94). The disadvantage of this method is the need to use complicated equipment and limited opportunities to improve the efficiency of activation and deionization of water.

The problem to which this invention is directed, was to develop cost-effective and easy to use way with high efficiency to activate and diiodotyrosine water.

The task is solved by the method of magnetic activation and de-ionization of water, providing the impact on the flow of water created by the permanent magnet field, the direction of the intensity vector which at least the speed of not less than 20 cm/s and crossing at least four sections, while the first part of the magnetic field strength is constant, the second part of the tension is reduced in absolute value to zero, in the third section, the tension increases in absolute value from zero to the value that has the field strength at the fourth site on which it is constant, and the vector direction of tension on the first and second sections one, the third and fourth sections changed to the opposite, and the length of the first and fourth sections equal to or greater than the lengths of the second and third sections.

This factor significantly increases the effect of weakening the hydrogen bonds between the individual molecules of water and the relations between their associations.

Experimentally it was found that the maximum impact on the water a couple of permanent magnets is achieved when specified in the independent claim of the essential features of the invention: selected rate of flow, given the nature of the change of the magnetic field and the selected ratio of the sizes of the field areas with different tensions. It is important that the first and fourth sections of the field was constant in time and in space, the second and third were changed in space without a change in the false direction of the intensity vector. It provided the technical result - the combination of efficiency and simplify the process with high efficiency magnetic activation and de-ionization of water.

The features of the invention specified in the additional paragraph, reinforce this result.

The proposed method can be implemented using various devices. One of the variants of the device for implementing the method shown in Fig. 1, 2. In Fig.3 shows a plot of the changes in magnetic field strength along the length of the device.

The device for implementing the method of activation and deionization of water includes a housing of ferromagnetic material 1, in the role of closing the magnetic circuit, with connections to input 2 and output water 3, accommodated in the housing in the cassette of magnetic material 4 four pairs of permanent magnets 5, magnetized and arranged in such a way that a working channel 6, through which flows the treated water, the magnetic field of a complex configuration that includes four sections. Coming into the unit, flow of water after a pipe 2 enters the expansion chamber 7, and the output after processing by the magnetic field flux enters the expansion chamber 8. The examples do not cover all possible use cases of the proposed method activation and deionization of water, and are only illustrative of some of them and suggest that the proposed invention allows to increase the range of effective ways of influencing the water.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of removing hardness salts from regenerates and can be used in water treatment processes in heat-and-power engineering, chemical, petrochemical, food, and other industries provided with ion-exchange water-desalting filters. Method is accomplished by precipitation of hardness salts involving recycle of precipitate treated by alkali solution followed by passage of supernatant through H-cationite filter. Treated precipitate accumulated in preceding settling cycles is recycled into regenerate and settling-subjected solution is passed through cationite filter to produce purified sulfuric acid further used for regeneration of H-cationite filters in water-treatment cycle. Precipitate is treated with alkaline regenerate from OH-anionite filters or with alkali solution obtained from electrolysis of regenerates with pH not below 11. Amount of regenerate introduced into accumulator-settler should be at least 20 kg/m3.
