(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to a device for the preparation of water for drinking to water supply. The device includes a housing located therein electrodes, connections for inlet and outlet water pipe for supplying oxygen-containing gas and an outlet for exhaust ozonoterapia gas. The high-voltage electrode is made in the form of bulk mnogoseriynogo electrode in the form of a ruff, and a grounded electrode in the form of a cylinder. Passing insulator high voltage electrode forms an annular gap with the grounded electrode, through which the water passes, and the inlet water pipe is located in the area of the grounded electrode and bushing. Pipe, inlet oxygen-containing gas, is connected to the hollow cocovado high voltage electrode and a grounded electrode is connected to a distribution system water, ozonotherapy mixture. Cleaning and disinfection of the water is due to the oxidation of the impurities present in water, ozone, atomic oxygen, excited oxygen molecules, etc. generated by electrical discharges in oxygen-containing gas and water. The invention relates to a device for the preparation of water for drinking and technical water supply, wastewater from toxic impurities, activation and disinfection of water and can be used in purification systems and water treatment plants.

We know quite a lot of equipment for the purification and disinfection of water using a high-voltage electrical discharges. So in U.S. patent N 3336564 and patent GDR N 67370 cleaning and disinfection of water is carried out in special reactors that have high voltage and grounded electrodes. By applying to the electrodes a high voltage is the breakdown of the water between the electrodes and due to the impact of the shock wave, light radiation and thermo-chemical reaction cleaning and disinfection of water.

In the author's certificate of the USSR N 389030 used the device for purification of water by means of an electrical discharge in a gas phase containing oxygen, by feeding oxygen-containing gas into the discharge zone through the hollow electrodes.

In the water treatment device on and.with. USSR N 514548 water cleaning is performed with the use of high-voltage discharges on the surface of the section of the air - liquid is ASEE case, made in the camera view with the duct, and placed in it the current generator of high voltage pulses, an air discharger, the compressor and the high-voltage electrode pair, and the negative high-voltage electrode pair made of non-magnetic material provided with openings for the supply of ozone in the region of the electric discharge and is u-shaped electromagnet, and the air discharger provided with a triggering electrode connected with a high voltage generator voltage. The technical problem in the present invention is to improve the efficiency of water purification and disinfection, reduction of specific energy consumption for the process of cleaning and disinfection, improving the reliability of the design of facilities for cleaning and disinfection of water.

This is achieved in the device, comprising a housing located therein electrodes, connections for inlet and outlet water pipe for supplying oxygen-containing gas and an outlet for exhaust ozonoterapia gas, and the high-voltage electrode is made in the form of bulk mnogoseriynogo electrode in the form of a ruff, and a grounded electrode is made in the form of a cylinder, and passing insulator high voltage electrode forms an annular gap with the grounded electrode, through which the water passes, the inlet water pipe is located in the area of the grounded electrode and bushing, pipe, inlet oxygen-containing gas, is connected to the hollow cocovado vysokovoltny.

The operation of the device is as follows. When applying a high voltage on the high voltage electrode electrical discharges occur between the high voltage electrode and the surface of the water in the air gap, which is formed by the water supply device and the air sucking through the hollow cocobod high voltage electrode. In the area below the high voltage electrode, there is a mixture of ozone-air mixture with water. All active products discharge interact with impurities in the water, the oxidation of iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, organic impurities, discoloration and water disinfection. As a result of oxidation of iron, forming iron hydroxide Fe(OH)3that is due to the formation and coagulation is a powerful sorbent, resulting from water dopasowanie water in the proposed device flows due to the impact of a large number of factors, the efficiency of the device is high, and the energy consumption for the process of cleaning and disinfection low.

As shown in figures 1 and 2, the device for implementing the present invention includes a housing 1, which is installed inside the high-voltage electrode 2, is isolated from the hull by means of the bushing 3. Under the action of electric discharges of oxygen leads to the formation of atomic oxygen, ozone and excited oxygen molecules, electrons and ions, on the border of water and its volume are formed radicals OH-various peroxide, and nitrous oxide, hydrogen, and in the area of electrical discharge produces ultraviolet radiation. In the area below the high voltage electrode, there is a mixture of ozone-air mixture with water. All active products discharge interact with impurities in the water, the oxidation of iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, organic impurities, discoloration and water disinfection. As a result of oxidation of iron is formed iron hydroxide Fe(OH)3that is due to the formation and coagulation is a powerful sorbent, resulting from water additionally removes heavy metal ions, organic matter, microbes. The resulting water-gas mixture enters the distribution device 6, passing through which, water-gas flow is distributed throughout the volume of the device. The volume of water is finally oxidized impurities, coagulation oxidized substances and aeration of water. Proven ozone-air mixture through patrol acrobat 10 water is supplied to the subsequent stages of purification and after purification is delivered to the consumer. The water is regulated by the amount of air, the repetition frequency high-voltage pulses from the power source and quantity of water entering the clearing.

When testing the claimed device, the following results were obtained: specific energy consumption for the cleaning and disinfection of water to GOST 2874-82 "drinking Water" in the claimed device amounted to 0.05 kWh/m3.

FIELD: water-supply engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of removing hardness salts from regenerates and can be used in water treatment processes in heat-and-power engineering, chemical, petrochemical, food, and other industries provided with ion-exchange water-desalting filters. Method is accomplished by precipitation of hardness salts involving recycle of precipitate treated by alkali solution followed by passage of supernatant through H-cationite filter. Treated precipitate accumulated in preceding settling cycles is recycled into regenerate and settling-subjected solution is passed through cationite filter to produce purified sulfuric acid further used for regeneration of H-cationite filters in water-treatment cycle. Precipitate is treated with alkaline regenerate from OH-anionite filters or with alkali solution obtained from electrolysis of regenerates with pH not below 11. Amount of regenerate introduced into accumulator-settler should be at least 20 kg/m3.

EFFECT: excluded liming procedure, preserved initial (after regeneration of filters) content of sulfate ions in sulfuric acid, reduced consumption thereof during preparation of regeneration solution, and excluded discharge of sulfate ions unto water objects.
