We know quite a lot of equipment for the purification and disinfection of water using a high-voltage electrical discharges. Thus, in U.S. patent N 3336564 and patent GDR N 67370 cleaning and disinfection of oxen is carried out in special reactors that have high voltage and grounded electrodes. By applying to the electrodes a high voltage is the breakdown of the water between the electrodes and due to the impact of the shock wave, light radiation and thermo-chemical reactions, cleaning and disinfection of water.

In A. with. USSR N 389030 used the device for purification of water by means of an electrical discharge in a gas phase containing oxygen, by feeding oxygen-containing gas into the discharge zone through the hollow electrodes.

In the water treatment device on and. C. the USSR N 514548 water cleaning is performed with the use of high-voltage discharges on the surface of the section of the air - liquid.

Also known device for disinfecting water electrical discharges. C. N 1263643, comprising a housing made DNIC, the compressor and the high-voltage electrode pair, and the negative high-voltage electrode pair made of non-magnetic material provided with openings for the supply of ozone in the region of the electric discharge and is u-shaped electromagnet, and the air discharger provided with a triggering electrode connected with a high voltage generator voltage. When a voltage is applied to the triggering electrode is triggered air gap, and the voltage from the generator current high-voltage pulse is applied to the electrode pair, is the breakdown of the interelectrode gap filled with water and ozone, which is served in the interelectrode gap through the holes in the negative electrode. Ozone, in turn, is formed in the air gap air gap. As a result, in water to produce ozone, radicals H, OH, bubbles of hydrogen and oxygen, which, by acting on the water, leading to water disinfection.

All the above known device for cleaning and disinfection of water are characterized by a greater or lesser efficiency of water treatment, defined as the specific energy consumption, complexity of design and operation. All lead the cleaning and disinfection, high specific energy consumption, low reliability of the devices.

The technical problem in the present invention is to improve the efficiency of water purification and disinfection, reduction of specific energy consumption for the process of cleaning and disinfection, improving the reliability of the design of facilities for cleaning and disinfection of water.

For this purpose a device, comprising a housing located therein electrodes, connections for inlet and outlet of the water distribution system for water supply pipe for supplying oxygen-containing gas and the outlet for removal ozonoterapia gas, and high-voltage and grounded electrodes are designed in the form of a volume grating, and the high-voltage electrode is located between the grounded electrodes below the electrode system is link attachment of the gutter, and pipe, water inlet, connected to the output of the eductor pump that mixes the purified water with oxygen-containing gas, and an outlet, the outlet ozonoterapie gas, is connected with another ejector pump, which re-ozonation water.

The operation of the device is as follows. Source water raspredelitelnoi device. From the distribution device, the water in the form of drip flow is supplied to the electrode system of the device. When applying a high voltage on the high voltage electrode electrical discharges occur between the high voltage electrode and the grounded electrode in the droplet-air gap. As a result, in the zone of influence of electrical discharges from the air leads to the formation of ozone, atomic oxygen, excited oxygen molecules, electrons and ions, and on the surface of water droplets and in its entirety, the formation of radicals OH-various hydrogen peroxide, and in the area of electrical discharge produces ultraviolet radiation. In the area below the electrode system, trickling stream of water hits link in the nozzle, where intense mixing of ozone-air mixture with water. All products discharge interact with impurities in the water, the oxidation of iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, organic impurities, discoloration and water disinfection. Next, the treated water flows into the intermediate tank, from which with the help of a centrifugal pump, water is supplied to the ejector pump, which is connected with a pipe for draining Noah mixture, and all this mixture repeatedly acts in the intermediate tank. Due to the work ejector pump in which water is mixed with the ozone-air mixture inside the device, an underpressure is created, through which atmospheric air is drawn into the device. Proven ozone-air mixture from the intermediate tank is directed to the residual ozone destructor or primary ozonation of raw water. In an intermediate tank is water aeration, coagulation takes place oxidized substances. If the source water is iron, the water formed iron hydroxide Fe(OH)3that is due to the formation and coagulation is a powerful sorbent, resulting from water additionally removes heavy metal ions, organic matter, microbes. As the cleaning process in the proposed device flows due to the impact of a large number of factors and maximum use of ozone, the efficiency of the device is high, and the energy consumption for the process of cleaning and disinfection low.

Features and advantages of the present invention will be understood from the following detailed description with reference to the drawing, which shows USTOA device for cleaning and disinfection of water. When applying to the electrodes a high pulse voltage from the power source, between the high voltage electrode 2 and the grounded electrodes 5 in the drip-air gap formed by electrical discharges. Electrical discharges are formed on the entire surface of the working part of the high-voltage electrode 2 due to the presence of a large number of water droplets in the interelectrode space. Under the action of electric discharges of oxygen leads to the formation of atomic oxygen, ozone and excited oxygen molecules, electrons and ions, on the border of water and its volume are formed radicals OH-various peroxide, and nitrous oxide, hydrogen, and the system drip the water flow gets to link the nozzle 9. Due to the fact that link the nozzle is made in the form of grooves, it is more intensive mixing of ozone-air mixture with water. All products discharge are brought into intensive contact with impurities in the water, the oxidation of iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, organic impurities, discoloration and water disinfection. Then the water enters the intermediate tank, from which it by means of the pump 13 is fed to the eductor pump 12. In the ejector pump 12 is mixing water with ozone-air mixture that is drawn into the ejector pump of the device through the pipe 11. Water mixed with ozone-air mixture from the ejector pump 12 flows into the intermediate tank. Due to the work ejector pump 12, inside the housing 1 of the device, an underpressure is created, through which atmospheric air is drawn into the housing through the pipe 14. In an intermediate tank, the volume of water is finally oxidized impurities, coagulation oxidized substances and aeration of water. Proven ozone-air mixture is directed to the residual ozone destructor or primary ozonation of raw water. Then the water postada quantity of supplied air, the repetition frequency high-voltage pulses from the power source and quantity of water entering the clearing. If the water is iron, the result of its oxidation produces iron hydroxide Fe(OH)3that is due to the formation and coagulation is a powerful sorbent, resulting from water additionally removes heavy metal ions, organic matter, microbes.
