The opener is designed for the application of solid mineral fertilizers and can be used in planters and cultivators-fertilizers for soil fertilization. The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to the direct application of solid mineral fertilizers, and can be used in planters and cultivators-fertilizers for soil fertilization.

Known devices for local subsurface fertilizer:

device local subsurface fertilizer [1], comprising a rack fixed on her opener with anterior segmental cutting edge with cutouts, TakeProfit mounted on the rear wall of the vomer;

the working body for soil bulk materials [2], containing segmental work is th stand;

All of these devices, designed for subsurface band application of fertilizers, do not have additional devices for fixing the tape fertilizers in a vertical position, the lack of which may result in shattering of the greater part of the fertilizer in the bottom part of the slit formed; devices for regulating the density of distribution of fertilizers, which allow you to change the amount of fertilizer on the height of the vertical slit.

A device for local subsurface fertilizer [5] , consisting of uprights secured thereto segmental working body and tomprof which ensures not vertical, and the inclined arrangement of the tape fertilizer.

The purpose of the invention is the provision of opportunities for vertical banded make major dose of solid mineral fertilizers with the regulation of the concentration of the fat on the height of the slit.

Design and operation principle of the proposed opener for vertical banded application of mineral fertilizers will be clear from the following description and the accompanying drawings.

The opener for vertical banded make major dose of solid mineral fertilizers contains a rack guided paw 1, the bottom of which is fixed saleabration 2, from the rear side of the rack 1 has a box-shaped TakeProfit 3, in which the lower part has a slanting cut at the height of meliorates 2, and one cheek of toolprovider in the lower part has a cutout in the form of a trapezoid, the smaller base of which is parallel to the slanted cut and facing in the direction of movement.

Ripper plate 7 located inside toolprovider 3 cheek against neckline in a-line, loose one wall formed by the slit, due to the inclined their location to the direction of movement send the soil to meet the fertilizer coming on toolprovider 3, and thus facilitate better mixing them with soil and fixation in the cracks along the entire height. Regulation of the density distribution of fertilizers at the height of the vertical slit exercise valves 4 by changing its angle relative to the front and rear walls of toolprovider 3. Turn this will improve technical and economic efficiency of the process of fertilization, namely, to reduce consumption and improve the quality of placing them in the root zone of plants that will have a positive impact on the ecological state of soils.

SUBSTANCE: shank has casing with unit for attachment to carrier of two-shank drill bar, flat disk disposed at an angle to direction of advancement, and fertilizer guide. Shank is equipped with pipeline for local application of liquid fertilizers, section with spring-type harrowing teeth attached to upper part of fertilizer guide, and bed-forming anchor composed of two sides. Exterior side 9 of bed-forming anchor is configured as vertical wall bent at an angle and extending along outer side of fertilizer guide with respect to disk. Front replaceable part of said side forming sweeping shield may be turned at an angle equal to or smaller than angle of friction of soil against working surface until said side comes into contact with disk. Rear part of said side of bed-forming anchor is extending in longitudinal direction to site behind fertilizer guide for defining one of its cheeks to which liquid fertilizer pipeline and seed spreader are secured, with seed spreader working surface being arranged under fertilizer guide pipe. Other interior side of bed-forming anchor is interposed between fertilizer guide, so that its upper part is attached to said fertilizer guide, and disk and is continued along track of disk up to the level of exterior side to define other cheek of bed-forming anchor.

EFFECT: improved quality of seed sowing on high-density bed and wider operational capabilities by providing simultaneous application of liquid and solid mineral fertilizers, moisture closing and weed killing.

FIELD: agriculture and agricultural engineering, in particular, planting of licorice rootstock cuttings on slopes and abandoned lands and mechanical harvesting of root mass as licorice raw material.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preplanting cultivation of soil on slopes in late autumn by providing rectangular-section 1.1-1.4 m wide and 0.45-0.60 m deep channels; mellowing soil and ground in zones within channel, with soil and ground in one zone being rotavated to agronomically valuable fractions and soil and ground in other zone being mellowed to lumps and crumbs with average diameter of 8-15 cm in order to provide for larger amounts of cavities (porosity); forming moisture accumulating micro terraces by laterally moving agronomically valuable soil fractions onto surface of lumps and crumbs; planting licorice rootstock cuttings in part of channel with preliminarily located lumps and crumbs to 12-18 cm depth at soil temperature of at least 18°C. During autumn-winter period, moisture is accumulated in said channel, and precipitation is aerated and redistributed in layers. Method allows stable licorice associations to be grown at productivity rate of at least 20 t/hectare of conditioned roots used as licorice raw material in pharmaceutical and chemical industry. Machine has frame bearing successively arranged digging-transporting device, grinding device configured as rotavator-type soil mixer, and rotary terrace-forming device equipped with profiling moldboard and positioned behind rotavator-type soil mixer. Digging-transporting device is made U-shaped, with soil layer lifting shares. Rotavator-type soil mixer is formed as sectioned drum. Each of said drums is positioned on single geometric axis and is equipped with various frequency drive. One of said drums having hollow shaft is mounted by means of roller supports on pivot of other drum. Drum teeth of rotavator-type soil mixer are fitted with replaceable inversion turning knives with blades at their working faces. Drive sprockets of toothed-drive chains are mounted on pivots of drums, which face frame. Said chains are linked with the help of drive sprockets and are connected through individual overtime clutches with reducer of grinding device drive.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced consumption of power.

SUBSTANCE: shank has tine with cheeks, cylindrical furrow-cutting drum mounted on frame, seed guides, and covering roller. Rectangular elastic blades are arranged in radial rows on surface of cylindrical furrow-cutting drum, at an angle to axis of rotation of drum. Sweeps are disposed on frame of cylindrical furrow-cutting drum, at sites where blades are inserted into seed guides. Seed guides are defined by outer surface of cylindrical furrow-cutting drum and U-shaped housings tightly adhering to elastic blades of each row on cylindrical furrow-cutting drum. Seed distributing devices mounted in lower part of seed guides are defined by horizontal surfaces formed by round metal rods. Rods are extending in parallel with one another within each horizontal surface and rods of two adjoining surfaces are arranged in mutually perpendicular orientation. Rods of even and odd surfaces are staggered with respect to one another.

EFFECT: increased uniformity in distributing of seeds at drilling depth and over feeding area.

SUBSTANCE: fertilizer shank has column-fertilizer guide and A-hoe of cultivator fixed in lower part of column-fertilizer guide. Reverse wedge functioning as slitter is positioned under A-hoe to improve cutting of stubble remains and prevent clogging. Formation in soil of fertilizers in the form of vertical strip is provided by means of adjustable skew slot. To do that, U-shaped plate is positioned in cavity of column-fertilizer guide for displacement along slot formed in front wall of column-fertilizer guide. Cheeks are attached to side walls of column-fertilizer guide for preventing U-shaped plate from longitudinal displacement. U-shaped plate is fixed by means of screw inserted into slot formed in front wall of column-fertilizer guide. Lock nut is located on screw. Vertical displacement of U-shaped plate allows positioning of fertilizer strip relative to day side of soil surface to be adjusted. Clogging with soil of skew adjustable slot formed in lower part of column-fertilizer guide on U-shaped plate at side of its skew slot is provided by means of pivotal valve equipped with counterweight. Valve upper part is made wider than column-fertilizer guide. Shank is fixed by means of bracket mounted in upper part of column-fertilizer guide. Fertilizers are delivered through column-fertilizer guide into slot defined by reverse wedge. Local application of mineral fertilizer in the form of vertical strip increases coefficient of utilization of nutritive substances by plants by 7-13%.

EFFECT: increased efficiency by improved cutting of stubble remains and increased coefficient of utilization of nutritive substances by plants.

SUBSTANCE: share has disk vertically mounted on bracket at an angle to direction of advancement of machine, said bracket providing alignment of draft direction with machine advancement direction. Disk is provided with restricting flange arranged on its outside and formed as semi-elliptical member of rotation attached to disk by means of detachable members. Covering devices are positioned between fertilizer guide and seed guide for covering of fertilizer and seeds with wet soil layer. Supporting-covering rollers provided in lower part of covering devices are adapted for covering of fertilizer and seeds with compacted soil layer in order to facilitate contacting of seeds and fertilizer with moisture necessary for growing and development of plants. Chain-type sweep disposed behind covering devices is adapted for creating mulching soil layer and moisture retention.

EFFECT: improved uniformity of advancement of share through soil depth, increased efficiency by combining fertilizer application procedure and seed sowing procedure, separation of seeds from fertilizer by compacted soil layer without carrying out lower soil layers onto surface and embracing share with plant remains.

SUBSTANCE: drill section has four-link pivotal leverage system for connection to drill frame, housing with seed box, seeding unit made in the form of conveyor belt having plates equipped with slots for locating inserts with boxes and active guides. Seeding unit housing is mounted on shank having cheeks. Furrow cutting shoes are disposed at different height between cheeks in shank. Seed guide is divided into sections. Cells of seeding unit are made to conform seeds as to their shape and size. Cells are staggered on belt for feeding seeds from each row into respective seed guide section. Vertical disk knife is positioned in front part of shank in plane of arrangement of shank central shoe. Lower part of each shoe is made wedge-shaped.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing of stable young crop at large temperature differences of air and soil layer.

SUBSTANCE: tillage tool has frame, tine mounted on frame and having lower part rounded at certain radius, and fertilizer guide provided in rear part of tine. Vertical disk cutter is positioned forward of tine on U-shaped horizontal and vertical planks. Left-hand and right-hand turning shares are secured to lower part of tine, said cutting edge part of shanks being fused with hard alloy. Stable attachment of shares is ensured by shoes to which distributing fertilizer guide is secured. Fertilizer guide has guiding blades with variable setting angle with respect to direction of advancement of tillage tool. Blade setting angle is increasing from axis of tine to peripheral portions of shanks. Height of guiding blades is also increasing from axis of tine to peripheral parts of shares. Flow divider is provided in junction zone of feeding and distributing parts of fertilizer guide. Fertilizer is fed into mellowed soil layer through windows of distributing fertilizer guide.

SUBSTANCE: shank for drill has chisel-shaped hoe with plate-shaped knife positioned forward of hoe in vertical plane. Plate-shaped knife is movable in holder in up and down directions and is locked by bolt with lock nut. Plate-shaped knife is positioned at an angle β to horizontal plane, said angle being not in the excess of 45 deg. Triangular tip is disposed under chisel-shaped hoe, in rear part. Chisel-shaped hoe has through opening positioned rearward of triangular hoe and provided with flat. Cheeks are welded to the sides of chisel-shaped hoe and closed at their rear part with inclined wall. Flare is inserted from the top into thus formed box. Rear part of plate-shaped knife is inserted into narrow recesses provided in front walls of chisel-shaped hoe and tip. Shank rests upon ring-and-crowfoot wheel, which is connected through bracket by means of pivot joint with chisel-shaped hoe and is fixed by stop. Ring-and-crowfoot wheel may rotate around pivot joint for lifting and lowering. Measuring rule is disposed on chisel-shaped hoe to indicate, by means of bracket, seeding depth.

EFFECT: increased efficiency by preventing shank from being clogged with stubble, improved contacting of seeds with soil and embedding of seed furrow.

SUBSTANCE: method involves providing presowing tillage to seed embedding depth; embedding seeds; providing line drilling of winter cereal crops and applying basic fertilizer in the form of vertical tape, said fertilizer tape being arranged between and below seed rows; as gradient angle of field increases, increasing depth of arrangement of fertilizer tape relative to seed rows. Apparatus has A-hoe, seed guides, fertilizer share, wedge, and safety valves. Depth of arrangement of fertilizer tape and tillage depth are adjusted by regulating height of arrangement of shank. Such method and apparatus allow the risk of washing away of fertilizers from slope to be reduced and depth of applying mineral fertilizer on each portion of field to be individually regulated depending on steepness of slope.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method and construction of apparatus.
