The object of the present invention is a composition for the oxidative dyeing of keratin fibers, in particular human keratin fibres such as the hair, containing p-phenylenediamine and/or 2-methyl-p-phenylenediamine in combination with at least one derivative of m-phenylenediamine selected properly, and at least one derivative of the tertiary para-phenylenediamine, are properly chosen, as well as colouring with using this song.

Known dyeing keratin fibres, in particular human hair, using creaminteen, o - or p-aminophenols, usually referred to as oxidized bases. Predecessors fixed in the oxidation dyes, or oxidized bases, are colorless or slightly colored compounds which, in combination with oxidants (oxidizing products, can give rise to a process of oxidative condensation with colored and coloring compounds.

It is also known that it is possible to vary the shades obtained with these oxidized bases, and combining with the actual pigment components or modifiers dyeing, and these last chosen especially among aromatic m-diamines, m-amino-phenol, m-diphenols.

The variety of molecules used as oxidized bases and the actual pigment components, allows to obtain a rich palette of colors.

The so-called "permanent" ("persistent") color, achieved through these fixed in the oxidation dyes, in addition, must satisfy a certain number of requirements. So, it must be perfect in Toxicological terms, it must allow shades of the desired intensity and it should have good resistance against external Agay is ability shaded gray hair and finally, it should be less selective, i.e. it should allow to provide the most insignificant differences (deviations) in the color all along the same keratin fiber, which may indeed be differently sensitized (i.e. damaged) between its upper end and its root.

Have already been proposed, namely in the French patent 2362116, compositions for oxidative dyeing of keratin fibers, containing at least one derivative of m-phenylenediamine as krasnobryzhyy components in combination with at least one predecessor recorded during the oxidation of the dye. Produced with these compositions staining, however, are not entirely satisfactory, especially as regards the sustainability of these colors in relation to the various influences that are likely to affect the hair, and especially the effects of shampoos and light.

The aim of the present invention to provide new compositions for the oxidative dyeing of keratin fibers and in particular human keratin fibres such as the hair, which have a very good coloring properties.

Thus, the applicant is elective staining, through a combination: p-phenylenediamine and/or 2-methyl-p-phenylenediamine and/or one of their salts accession acid; at least one specific derivative of m-phenylenediamine following formula (1); and at least one specific derivative of the tertiary para-phenylenediamine following formula (II).

This discovery forms the basis of the present invention.

Consequently, a first subject of the invention is a composition for the oxidative dyeing of keratin fibers and in particular human keratin fibres such as the hair, characterized in that it contains appropriate for dyeing medium, at least one first oxidized base selected among p-phenylenediamine, 2-methyl-p-phenylenediamine and its salts accession acid; at least one crackabritus component chosen among the derivatives of m-phenylenediamine of the following formula (I):

Achieved using the above compositions have good color dye intensity (coloring power) and superior resistance properties immediately in relation to atmospheric agents, takeone, permanent deformation). These properties are especially remarkable, especially in regard to the stability of the colors with respect to shampoos and light.

Of the derivatives of m-phenylenediamine above formula (1) in particular can be called 3,5-diamino-1-ethyl-2-methoxyphenol, 3,5-diamino-2-methoxy-1-methylbenzoyl, 2,4-diamino-1-ethoxybenzene, 1,3-bis-(2,4-diamino-phenoxy)propane, bis-(2,4-diamino-phenoxy)methane, 1-( -amino-ethyloxy)-2,4-diaminobenzene, 2-amino-1-( - hydroxyethyloxy)-4-methylaminophenol, 2,4-diamino-1-ethoxy-5-methylbenzoyl, 2,4-diamino-5 - (hydroxyethyloxy)-1-methylbenzoyl, 2,4-diamino-1-( , -dihydroxypropane)benzene, 2,4-diamino-1-( -hydroxyethyloxy)benzene, 2-amino-4-N-( -hydroxyethyl)amino-1-methoxybenzo and their salts accession acid.

Of derivatives of the tertiary para-phenylenediamine above formula (II) in particular, can be called 1-(N-ethyl-N' - hydroxynonenal and their salts accession acid.

p-Phenylenediamine and/or 2-methyl-p-phenylenediamine and/or salt or salt accession acid these compounds preferably comprise about 0,0005-10 wt.%, calculated on the total mass of the ink composition, and more preferably about 0.05-7 wt.%.

The derivative or derivatives of m-phenylenediamine of formula (1) according to the invention are preferably about of 0.0001-5 wt.%, calculated on the total mass of the ink composition, and more preferably about 0.005 to 3 wt.%.

The derivative or derivatives of tertiary para-phenylenediamine of formula (II) according to the invention is preferably about 0,0005-10 wt.%, calculated on the total mass of the ink composition, and more preferably about 0.05-7 wt.%.

The appropriate medium for dyeing (or base) generally consists of water or of a mixture of water with at least one organic solvent to solubilize the compounds which are not sufficiently soluble in water. As the organic solvent include, for example, lower alcohols with 1-4 C atoms, such as ethanol and isopropanol; glycerol; glycols and ethers of glycols such as 2-butoxy ethanol, propylene glycol, simple monotropy or simple onomatology ether CLASS="ptx2">

The solvents may be present in quantities of preferably comprising about 1-40 wt.%, calculated on the total mass of the ink composition, and more preferably about 5-30 wt.%.

in which R is a propylene residue, if necessary substituted hydroxyl group or an alkyl radical with 1-4 C-atoms; R8, R9, R10and R11identical or different, denote a hydrogen atom, an alkyl radical with 1-4 C-atoms or hydroxyl ukazannyh dyes, other oxidizing the substrate and/or other actual pigment components and/or direct dyes, especially to modify the shades or to enrich them with tides (reflections).

The ink composition according to the invention may also include various additives, classically used in compositions for dyeing hair, such as anionic, cationic, nonionic, amphoteric, zwitterionic surface-active agents or mixtures thereof; anionic, cationic, nonionic, amphoteric, zwitterionic polymers or their mixtures, inorganic or organic thickeners, antioxidants, penetration agents, agents for the formation of chelate compounds, perfumes, buffers, dispersing agents, conditioning agents, such as, for example, silicones, film-forming agents, preservatives, giving opacity agents.

The ink composition according to the invention can be in various forms, such as in the form of liquids, creams, gels or in any other appropriate form for the realization of colouring keratin fibres, and especially human hair.

The subject invention also is a method of coloring keratin fibers, in particular human keratin fibres such as the hair to be dyed fibers cause the ink composition, this, as mentioned above, the color seen at acidic, neutral or alkaline pH using an oxidizing agent, which is added just at the moment of use to the ink composition or which is in an oxidizing composition applied simultaneously or sequentially.

According to one particularly preferred variant of the method of colouring according to the invention are mixed at the time of use of the above ink composition with an oxidizing composition containing appropriate for dyeing medium, at least one oxidizing agent present in a quantity sufficient for the manifestation of staining. Thus obtained mixture was then applied to the keratin fibers and stand on them for about 3-10 minutes, preferably about 5-30 minutes, then rinsed, washed with shampoo, rinsed again and dried.

The oxidizing agent present in the oxidizing composition, such as described above, can be selected among oxidants, classically used for the oxidation dyeing of keratin fibres, and of which include hydrogen peroxide, urea peroxide, bromates, alkali metal salts nagkalat, such as allowing the composition, including an oxidizer, such as mentioned above is such that after mixing with the ink composition pH of the resulting composition applied to the keratin fibers, modified, preferably within about 2 to 12 and more preferably 5-11. It is brought to the desired value using acidifying or alkalizing agents usually used for dyeing keratin fibers, such as those listed above.

Oxidizing composition, such as the above, may also contain various additives, classically used in compositions for dyeing hair, and such as mentioned above.

The composition which is finally applied to the keratin fibers may be in various forms, such as in the form of liquids, creams, gels or in any other appropriate form for the realization of colouring keratin fibres, and especially human hair.

Another object of the invention is a device with several branches or "set" ("complex") for painting or any other packaging system with multiple compartments, a first compartment of which contains the ink composition such as the above, and the second part contains ociety on the hair the desired mixture, such as the devices described in French patent 2586913 on behalf of the applicant.

The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention in no way limiting its scope.

Examples 1-3, see table. 1 at the end of the description.

At the time of use, each ink composition was mixed with an equal amount of oxidizing composition, formed by the solution of hydrogen peroxide of 20 volumes (6% by weight) of hydrogen peroxide and having a pH value of about 3.

Each resulting mixture having a pH of about 10.2, put on time 30 minutes to locks of grey hair with 90% white hair. Strands of hair then rinse, wash, conventional (standard) shampoo, and then dried.

Strands of hair are colored in the shades indicated in the table. 2 at the end of the description.

Comparative examples 4-6 see table. 3 at the end of the description.

Each ink composition contains 610-3mol dyes.

At the time of use of each ink composition is mixed with an equal quantity of the oxidizing composition formed by solution of hydrogen peroxide of 20 volumes (6% by weight) of hydrogen peroxide and having a pH value of about 3.

The color of the strands is then assessed on the MUNSELL system using a colorimeter CM 2002 MINOLTA.

According to the notation (legend) MUNSELL color (color) is determined by the expression HV/C, in which three parameters denote, respectively, the color or hue (H), the intensity or saturation (V) and the purity or chromaticity (C); the slope of the line in this expression is just a formality and does not denote any ratio.

Thus, the colored strands of hair are then subjected to the test for resistance to washing (machine Ahiba-Texomat).

To implement this test, strands of hair are placed in a basket which is immersed in the solution of a standard shampoo. The basket is subjected to movement back and forth in the vertical direction with variable frequency, as well as rotational movement, which reproduce the effects of friction with the hands, which causes the formation of foam.

After testing for 3 minutes, remove the strands, which are then rinsed, then dried. Colored strands are subjected to 8 consecutive tests when applying shampoo.

These results show that the composition of example 6 according to the invention, i.e. comprising a p-phenylenediamine derivative m-phenylenediamine of formula (1) according to the invention and derived tertiary para-phenylenediamine of formula (II) according to the invention, leads to coloration, much better resistant to shampoos, than the color obtained using the compositions of examples 4 and 5 that are not included in the invention, since they each contain only two of the three above-mentioned compounds.

9. Composition according to any one of paragraphs.1 to 8, characterized in that the derivative or derivatives of tertiary para-phenylenediamine of formula II is of 0.0005 to 10 wt.%, calculated on the total mass of the ink composition.

10. 14. Method of coloring keratin fibers, especially human hair, application of the ink composition and the oxidizing agent, which is added to the ink composition at the time of use or which is in an oxidizing composition applied simultaneously or sequentially, separately, characterized in that as the ink composition using the composition defined in one of the paragraphs. 1 to 13.

15. The method according to p. 14, characterized in that the oxidizing agent present in the oxidizing composition, the choice is borates and persulfates.

16. Device for dyeing keratin fibers and in particular human hair, with multiple compartments, a first compartment of which contains the ink composition and the second compartment contains an oxidizing composition, characterized in that the first part as the ink composition contains a composition according to PP.1 - 13, and the second compartment contains an oxidizing composition comprising an oxidizing agent under item 15.

Claimed composition contains a) at least one amphiphylic polymer, having at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer with sulfate group in partially or fully hydrolyzed form and at least one hydrophobic part; b) at least one oxidative component. Compositions of present invention don't drain away, are localized in application area and provide intense and homogeneous discoloration.
