The method can be used in the textile industry to obtain a combined thread, intended for the manufacture of woven and knitted products. Due to the fact that the first and second components in the finished composite yarn not mutually twisted (and this is due to the distinctive features of the proposed method), you can get a combined thread with improved performance, relevant technical result.

Depending on the used components, the range of linear densities of the finished composite yarn is from 20 to 140 Tex with a coefficient of twist of the processt= 23 - 25. Accordingly, the step of twist varies in the range of 2 to 5 mm

When using the proposed method are combined thread of high strength and equilibrium with improved vulture, which is essential in the manufacture of the combined yarn woven and knitted products. The equilibrium of the combined yarn is increased 3 to 5 times.

Acoustic screen contains faced with sound-absorbing material and acoustically transparent film cover, which hermetically closes unit of aerodynamic twinning devices together with initial product, roller of drawing out device and belt. The ratio of yarn to thread in the fabric is 75/25, and the surface density is 260 g/m2. The fabric was further treated with at least one organofluorine preparation.
