(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the meat industry, namely the production of sausages. The installation consists of a tank containing stuffing component, and located inside tanks for domestic individually-different components. The molding of all components of the product in the legs and then wrapped using the mechanisms of the feed components and control mechanism installation, regulating the procedure and sequence dosing of all components to obtain the finished product. The finished product is a food product, similar in appearance sausage products with a homogeneous structure. The invention allows to expand the range of manufactured products. 7 Il.

The invention relates to the meat industry, namely the production of sausages.

There are settings for volumetric dosing of meat in the shell, provided with a displacer gear type. Gear displacer takes the stuffing in the dispenser with two synchronously rotating disks with the dosing pistons issuing dose horn (Paleev A. I. Closest to the technical essence and the achieved result of the present invention is a device for producing cut of meat products, according to which by means of pins, structurally designed on the principle of "pipe in pipe", and a few of the pumping syringe installed around the bobbin and feed it with some individually-different food materials, each in its own channel-pipe horn, up the finished product in which the components are "each other" in the form of concentric rings on the cut (Patent of the USSR 1688782, A 23 L 1/31 Priority from 07.06.1987, "a method of obtaining a cut of meat products").

The disadvantages of the prototype are as follows:

- inability to obtain on the installation claimed in formations in the component of the upper layer;

- inability to obtain on the installation, declared in the prototype of the finished product in which the components contained inside the product would be fully covered component of the upper layer and the product itself is in appearance like product made from one of the upper component;

- the need for several independent syringes according to the number of syringe components;

- the need for a bigger production space to accommodate the installation.

The technical problem to be solved in the present invention is the realization of the possibility of the formation of the product, in which:

components contained inside the product would be fully covered component of the upper layer;

- the product itself is in appearance like product made from one of the upper component;

components contained within the product that was to be in it as separate entities, separated from each other stuffing component, i.e. the component of the top layer.

The proposed unit 1 (see Fig. 1) for forming sausages includes a container 2 for dosing stuff part 3 (see Fig. 2), the housing 4 of the installation containing the electric motor 5 (see Fig. 3 POS. I) to the actuators 6 mechanism 7, which provides the reciprocating motion of the pistons 8 tank 9 for submission to the molded article 10 (see Fig.4, POS. II and III) internal components 11, and the container 9 is located inside the vessel 2, which also has a piston 12 with its own mechanism 13 (see Fig. 3, POS. IV) providing reciprocating movement of the piston 12 and containing the actuator 14 with the motor 15. The container 2 has a cover 16 (see Fig. 5, POS. V), including the legs 17 (see Fig. 6, POS. SUBSTANCE: device for automated monitoring of packing machine for sausage production is the subject of the invention. It consists of extrusion machine (F), driving pin (1), breaking unit (2) for stopping casing and clamping machine (V). Device is specific by chamber (6, 6', 6") generating electric video signal, analytical unit (7) for video signal analysing and device (8) controlled by analytical unit for disconnection of extrusion machine (F). Invention also describes method of automated monitoring of packing machines for sausage production.

SUBSTANCE: sausage packing device aimed at stuffing tubular casing by pasty filler comprises a stuffing tube (1), opening into a filling zone (5) and having a receiving unit for shirred tubular casing (80) at the outer side. During stuffing of a sausage link (8) the casing (80) sealed on one end is pulled off from the stuffing tube (1) due to pushing power of the filler (85), after certain size is reached the casing is sealed by a sealer (2) and removed by a removing device (4) comprising a conveyor (40) fitted with an adjustable drive (43) actuated by a regulating module (64) of a control box (6). Sausage packing device is equipped with a sausage link (8) increment measuring unit comprising in the filling zone (5) a speed meter (7), an estimation unit (67) for evaluating sausage link increment speed and a synchronisation unit (62) aimed at control over regulating module (64) which synchronises band conveyor speed with increment speed.

EFFECT: claimed invention ensures uniform pulling the casing off stuffing tube, improving quality of stuffing of sausage links manufactured according to this method.

SUBSTANCE: horn suspension unit (3) for sausage tube stuffing includes horn pipe (4) and stuffer pipe (5), so that horn pipe (4) can rotate against stuffer pipe (5) around first rotation axis. Device includes the first braking ring (10), which may be installed on filling tube (F) coaxially with it. Inner diametre of specified ring exceeds outer diametre of filling tube (F), and on its inner surface there is the first braking facility (12) arranged, along which the shell (V) may be directed in filling direction (R) to be filled with filler against friction force affecting it. Also the second braking ring (20) is fixed on filling tube (F), and opposite braking facility (22) is arranged on its outer surface, besides shell (V) may be directed between the first braking facility (12) of the first braking ring (10) and the opposite braking facility (22) of the second braking ring (20). At the same time the first braking ring (10) is arranged as movable along filling direction (R) to establish specified friction force applied to shell (V) in the first braking facility (12) of the first braking ring (10) and in the opposite braking facility (22) of the second braking ring (20). Device for retention of tubular shell comprises also compaction device, which is fixed on filling tube (F), besides its outer diametre approximately corresponds to inner diametre of tubular shell (V), which it adjoins in process of compaction.

EFFECT: braking device of sausage skin with controlled braking force is proposed.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a device for packaging fluid or free-running product in sleeve-type cover. The device (100) contains a packing tube connected to the packing device (120) for conducting product flow from the packing device to the sealing equipment device (200) for the packaging cover, which has a joining (122), a neck (130), adjacent to the joining (122) basically, a straight first segment (124) with the first longitudinal axis (132) and the second segment (128) adjacent to the neck (130), connected to the first segment (124). SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to device and method of proportioning and packing. Proposed device comprises product feeder 170 with pump to allow a continuous volumetric flow, packing tube 20 connected to feeder 170 and intended for providing the stock 32 of sleeve-type package 30 that can be removed from tube 20 together with packed product. Besides proposed device comprises clamping device 150 fitted downstream of tube 20 to press filled package 30 into bundle during filling and pressing of clamping element 162 around said bundle. It has also retaining device 100 that embraces tube 20 along its edges and brake ring 110 that reciprocates parallel with the former to cause friction forces to act on package 30 in its removal. Clamping device 150 incorporates control device designed to generate squeezing and clamping force proceeding from selected portion size and continuous volumetric flow and to feed control signal to clamping device 150. Brake ring 110 is moved back on packing tube 20 towards direction of removal into position of packing volume release directly before of during squeezing and clamping. After clamping it moves forward on said tube 20 in direction of removal into working position. Product squeezed is forced into free packing volume and, after clamping, forced again into removed package 30.
