(57) Abstract:

Usage: layered decorative material for decorating the surfaces of various nature, such as glass, metal, paper, plastic. The inventive layered decorative material includes metallized polymer film with a holographic image, a layer of soluble resins modified with 1-3 wt.% the dioctylphthalate or dioctylsebacate, the adhesive layer based on acrylic dispersion and a release paper. Laminate the paper has a wide range of decorative properties and can be used for decorating surfaces with any radius of curvature.

The invention relates to technology of polymers and the development of a layered decorative material that can be used for decorating the surfaces of various nature, such as glass, wood, metal, paper, plastic.

Known layered material comprising a polyethylene film, duplicated with metallized polyethylene terephthalate film (1). The disadvantage of this layered material is the impossibility of stamping on it the figure.

Known layered molekulyarnogo rubber (chloroprene rubber) thickness of 20-50 μm and a metallized polyethylene terephthalate film (2). The adhesive layer leads to a significant reduction of internal stresses and provides a clear and sustainable stamping. The above decorative materials include as the base polymer film (polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride).

Known layered materials based on paper intended for printing products manufacture of punched cards, but not suitable for decorative finishing of various products (3-5). These materials include paper-based, adhesive layer and polymer film and differ only in the composition of the adhesive.

Closest to the proposed technical substance is layered decorative material, comprising a polymer film with a metallic coating, the adhesive layer based on acrylic dispersion and a release paper (SU, A. C. 1639985, class B 32 B 7/12, 1991).

However, this material does not allow to diversify its decorative properties and to improve the aesthetic perception of the decorated surfaces.

The present invention is the creation of a layered decorative material on a paper basis with a wide range of decorative properties, which can be used for decorating poverhnosti material metallized film with a holographic image and an additional layer of alcohol-modified resin between the metallized film and the adhesive layer.

For the manufacture of the material used produced by domestic industry materials. As the polymer film can be used Mylar, polypropylene or polyvinyl chloride, which is coated in a vacuum is applied a layer of aluminum. The additional layer of the modified resin is applied, using a 5% alcohol solution. As modified resins can be used phenol-formaldehyde resin or rosin esters, modified 1-3 wt.% the dioctylphthalate or dioctylsebacate obtained by mixing the above components. Upon receipt of the proposed layered material using the following components: acrylic dispersion AK-215 ( TU 6-02-0209913 - -89), siliconized paper (THE 13-7309-621-90), phenol-formaldehyde resin (GOST 18699-80), dioctylphthalate (GOST 8728-77) dioctylsebacate (GOST with 8,728 - 66).

Example 1. On Mylar polymer film is applied in a vacuum unit aluminum layer with a thickness of 300 (residual pressure in the chamber 5 10-4mm RT. Art. ), after which the metallized surface by hot embossing using holographic matrix TISNET image. Then on the metallic surface with a holographic image is dioctylphthalate, then with a smooth shaft causing the adhesive layer of acrylic dispersion AK-215, dried material and duplicate with a release paper.

Example 2. Layered decorative material made in example 1, using as the polymer film of polypropylene, and an additional layer is applied from an alcohol solution of phenol-formaldehyde resin, modified 3 wt.% the dioctylphthalate.

Example 3. Layered decorative material made in example 1, using as the polymer film, polyvinylchloride, and the additional layer is applied from an alcoholic solution of the ester of rosin brand (resin KM), modified 2 wt.% dioctylsebacate.

Obtained according to the examples of layered decorative material is characterized by a highly decorative properties, thus it can be used on the surface of any radius of curvature, due to the achieved stability of the holographic image through selected layers of material.

Layered decorative material containing polymer film with a metallic coating, the adhesive layer based on acrylic dispersion and anti-adhesive paper, characterized in that between rastvorimykh resins, including phenol-formaldehyde resins and rosin esters, modified 1 - 3 wt.% the dioctylphthalate or dioctylsebacate, and a polymer film selected from the group comprising polyester, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride, and the metal coating has a holographic image.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of assembling pack of layers of aluminum and titanium; explosion welding of it and annealing. Relation of specific mass of explosion to specific mass of aluminum layer is in range 1.11 - 5.0. Explosion matter charge features detonation rate 2250 - 3300 m/s. Annealing is realized due to heating up to temperature exceeding that of aluminum melting by 1.06 - 1.14 times for 0.5 - 2 hours in order to form solid heat protection intermetallide layer. Then material is squeezed by means of steel punches by 20 -50% of thickness of aluminum layer subjected to simultaneous crystallization.

EFFECT: normalized heat exchange between layers of aluminum and titanium due to presence of intermetallide layer of optimal thickness in zone of joining of aluminum and titanium.
