The invention relates to the technology of storage of agricultural products. The proposed structure can be used for both processing plants during the growing season, and to handle the product before storage. The composition contains iodine, potassium iodide, edible organic acid, modified starch, surfactant and water in specific proportions of ingredients. As a result of this composition possesses enhanced protective and disinfectant properties due to the use of iodine-starch complex. Thus it is possible to simplify the process of preparation of the solution composition and process them with a wide range of agricultural products: vegetables, fruits, berries, cereals, fodder etc., 3 C.p. f-crystals, 1 table.
