The method relates to the processing of the skins of fish and can be used in the leather industry. A: soaking off-degreasing skins of fish is carried out in an aqueous solution of an alkaline lipase lipogenesis (0,02 - 0,5% by weight of the skins) and neutral protease Good (0.01 to 0.4% by weight of the skins) at a temperature of 20 - 35oC and pH 6 to 10.5. The method allows to obtain high-quality semi-finished leather with preservation of the specific pattern front surface and a high degree of degreasing. table 2.

The invention relates to light industry and can be used in the processing of hides and skins of fish, such as eel.

The obviousness of achieving a qualitatively new technological result follows from the fact that according to experimental data using only one of the two enzyme preparations (lipase or protease) leads to the violation of clarity of illustration of the front surface, while sharing the enzyme preparations of various abilities ensures the integrity of the grain.

In addition, from the literature it is known that the joint use of lipase and protease leads to a decrease in lipolytic activity of lipases (Figurine Y. C. Thus, the adherence of the claimed method of soaking - degreasing enabled the efficient use of enzyme preparations and to obtain semi-finished leather with preservation of the specific pattern front surface with minimum pollution of groundwater.

Enzyme alkaline lipase lipocerin isolated from a bacterial strain of the genus Pseudomonas in NGOs "Biotechnology".

The enzyme preparation is a Good neutral protease highlighted in the Institute of Microbiology of RAS strain actinomycete Streptomyces Spp.
