The invention relates to the field of medicine and relates to wound healing, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic means. The drug contains 15-40 wt.% basic acetate subgroup of copper metal, 30-70 wt.% acetate of alkali metals and 15-40 wt.% organic acids. In the preparation impose additional 5-40 wt.% anesthetic or 5-40 wt.% adrenomimeticescoe funds. The preparation is diluted with water until the content of the original concentrate, 0.01 to 3.8 wt.% or to 0.11-5.8 wt.% concentrate with additives. The invention relates to the development of wound-healing, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic medicines and can be used in medical practice for the treatment of skin lesions and mucous membranes (burns, wounds, cuts, inflammation, suppuration, and so the courthouse square, including antibiotics, antiseptic, enzyme and vitamin drugs (Mashkovsky M. To remedy these shortcomings that prevent the wider spread of the drug (simplified formulation, reducing the cost and increasing the availability and ease of use, strengthening and expanding therapeutic effect can be achieved by purposeful adjustment of the qualitative and quantitative composition of biologically active compounds of metals, which consists in the fact that in the known compositions, including a mixture of metal salts, as salts of metals, use the primary acetate subgroup of copper metal and acetate of alkali metals and impose additional organic acid, the ratio of the components shown in the table.

The use of other types of metals, acids and selected additives, as well as changes in their relationships outside of the declared value does not lead to an optimal combination of therapeutic effects of the drug without contraindications or side effects.
