(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to sanitary devices - flush devices for water from the pressurized compressed air. A flushing device comprises a sealed chamber with an air bag, and a supply pipe with the installed throttle device, the bypass pipe from the lower part sealed chamber, wound up inside of the flush valve through its lower part and covered elastic diaphragm valve with a through hole, flush valve includes a drain pipe and fitting with a saddle to which the piston is adjacent the locking element with the rod, having the opportunity to make a reciprocating movement, located in the chamber with a lid and sbresny pipe, and one airtight chamber may be connected one with bends, or more bypass pipelines with multiple flush valves. This flushing device provides higher efficiency, reliability and manufacturability and its operation. 1 Il.

The invention relates to sanitary devices - flush devices for water from the pressurized compressed in the e valve, connected by means of a spring-loaded rod with a handle tube to remove air and placed in it a check valve, and the valve is made with a safety shut-off element, provided with a diaphragm, and is set with holes for the passage of air and water cylinder, mounted flush pipe [1].

The disadvantage of these devices are low cost and reliability due to the need to install a flushing device for each subscriber for collective use, and also because of the possibility of suction of water from the water system at large (single) flush water separation devices, small water supply to the subscriber at low pressure in the cold water, low manufacturability of the device due to the presence of the complex in the manufacture of parts.

The disadvantage of these devices are low cost and reliability due to the need to install a flushing device for each subscriber for collective use, and also because of the possibility of suction of water from the water system at large (single) flush water separation devices. The disadvantages also include a small supply of water to the subscriber at low pressure in the cold water and large dimensions of the membrane, which also applies to the low reliability of this device, low manufacturability due to the presence of complex shaped parts.

The task to be solved by the invention is to improve efficiency, reliability and manufacturability and operation of the flushing device.

This object is achieved in that a flushing device containing a sealed chamber with an air bag, and a supply pipe, a flushing valve located inside the elastic diaphragm valve having skoteinos to make reciprocating movement and having a stem, passing through the cover of the camera: the supply pipe contains a throttle device, an airtight chamber in the lower part are connected by a by-pass pipe with the lower part of the flush valve, a bypass opened inside a flushing valve, the bypass pipe is closed elastic diaphragm valve with a through hole, dividing the flush valve into two cavities, the upper part of the flush valve is installed fitting with a saddle adjacent the piston shut-off element, the camera located inside the piston shut-off element having a rod passing through the cover of the camera contains a discharge pipe, one airtight chamber may be connected one with the bends, or more by-pass pipelines with multiple flush valves.

Other technical solutions known from the prior art, the authors found. Thus, our solution meets the criterion of "NEW".

Known: a flushing device comprising a sealed housing mounted on the flush pipe valve connected by means of a spring-loaded rod with a handle tube to remove air and placed in it a check valve, the valve vipasha and water cylinder, mounted flush pipe [1]. It is also known a flushing device comprising a sealed chamber with the supply and drain pipe, diaphragm valve dividing the chamber into two communicating through the hole in the valve cavity, the needle located in the aperture, the channel in the wall of the chamber, telling the drain pipe with one of the cavities of the camera installed in the channel of the additional piston valve, the stem of which is connected to a trigger button, provided with a spring, and the additional valve is installed at the exit of the channel and provided with a chamber divided into two cavities by a membrane, which is connected to a valve stem, with podobrannaya cavity communicated with the drain pipe, and spring trigger button is located in adminpanel cavity [2].

However, using a combination of distinctive features to improve efficiency, reliability and manufacturability and operation of the flushing device, the authors found. Thus, we can conclude that an invention involves an inventive step.

The invention is industrially applicable, as may be used in collective and individual lavatories.

To a sealed chamber for stabilizing the pressure 1 connected to the supply pipe 2, inside of which is installed the throttle device 3. Bypass line 4 is missing inside the flush valve 5 and its connected edges with elastic diaphragm valve 6, and a center through hole 7 in the elastic diaphragm valve 6 coincides with the center of the bypass pipe 4. Elastic diaphragm valve 6 is rigidly connected with the side walls of the flush valve 5. Inside the flush valve 5 has a top cavity 8. Inside the sealed chamber for stabilizat. To the upper cavity 8 flush valve 5 is connected to the fitting 12, in the upper part of which it is the seat of the fitting 13. Saddle fitting 13 is adjacent the piston shut-off element 14, having the ability to unlock and lock the saddle fitting 13. Piston locking element 14 has a piston rod 15 for manual operation of the piston of the shut-off element 14. Piston locking element 14 with the rod 15 is installed inside the chamber 16, with the cover 17, and has the ability reciprocating motion. In the lower part of the chamber 16 is installed discharge pipe 18. Airtight chamber 1 may be connected one with bends, or more overflow pipes 4 with multiple flush valves.

In a sealed chamber 1 for stabilizing the pressure in the supply pipe 2 through the throttle device 3 serves water, which compresses the air cushion 9 to the pressure in the supply pipe 2. By-pass pipe 4 water enters the flush valve 5. Through the through hole 7 in the elastic diaphragm valve 6 water fills the upper chamber 8 of the flush valve 5. The pressure difference of the water at the top of the cavity 8 and the lower cavity 10 cm shall be 10 water from the pipeline 4 is not received. When the collective use a flushing device in one sealed chamber 1 install multiple flush valve 5 connected one with the bends, is lnyh flush devices [1, 2] for each subscriber, since the device described in [1, 2], technologically more complex, and hence more expensive, than offer a flushing device. The throttle device 3 to the supply pipe 2 prevents the suction of water from the water system when the collective use a flushing device, which improves the reliability of the system cold water.

At low pressure in the cold water in a flushing device, described in [1], due to the presence of a spring-loaded rod may neosupreme tank water, resulting in low reliability of the flushing device. In the device [2] low-pressure feed water also leads to incomplete filling of the tank due to the large diameter diaphragm valve, which can lead to distortion of its clip to the edges and the exit of water through leaks.

In the present invention at low pressure feed water resilient diaphragm valve 7 is pushed to the edges of the pipe 4 due to the small diameter of the pipeline 4, and therefore a small perimeter clamp flexible diaphragm to the edges of the pipeline.
