(57) Abstract:

Method for the production of tannins used in the production of leather and fur. The method consists in the combination of the aromatic derivative metacid (guanidine), synthesized using phenol or naphthol, sulfanilic, nationway acids, a-naphthylamine, p-nitroaniline, 2,4-dinitroaniline, 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline. The technical result of this method is the expansion of the range of coloring of polymers with complex technological properties, improving the quality of the tannins and the expansion of the sources of raw materials for their production.

The invention relates to the production of the tanning agent used in the production of leather and fur. It can be used with the aim of expanding the range of materials with complex technological properties, and intensification of the processes of production of leather and fur.

The aim of the invention is the expansion of the range of coloring of polymers with complex technological properties, improving the quality of the tannins, the expansion of the sources of raw materials for their production.

This goal is achieved by the fact that as the basis to obtain dye compounds are used hydroxycobalamin aromatic derivatives of guanidine /metacid/. Metacid is a colorless water-soluble oligomer /m m 8 thousand.E./, having bactericidal properties. The presence of the reactive guanidino groups according to product the ability to multiple modifications with the formation of products with a set of technological properties.

The proposed method consists in the following.

Proposed dyes of the formula (1) possess the enhanced staining intensity and thermal stability as compared with the known similar dyes comprising ethyl group near nitrogen atom of phthalimidyl radical.
