The known device while reducing the effort of pressing the clamp to the stamp does not provide reliable fixation of the stamp, so due to vibration when the stamping may be offset stamp on the plane of the punch plate of the press.

The aim of the present invention is to provide a reliable fixation of the stamp on the punch press plate while reducing the contact force of the clamp to the die and the expansion of technological capabilities.

The objective is achieved due to the fact that on the surface of the clamp in contact with the stamp, set the focus to the tabs, and the stamp in the contact zone focusing is challenging. The tabs represent the rods, pointed with one hand and resting the other party on elastic ring made of polyurethane. And with the pointed side latches are made with eccentricity.
