The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to metal machining. The technical result of the proposals is to obtain the rounding of the edges of a given radius along the length of the sheet. The device consists of a mechanical ignorez 1 mounted on the axle 2, in the middle part of her cut slots 3 which engages with the splines 4 on the tubular axis 5 that is installed in the radial bearings 6, which are located inside the housing 7, which rests on a movable base 8. On the upper part of the tubular axis 5 impaled worm wheel 9 which engages with the worm 10. On top of axis 2 is attached nozzle 11, and the thrust bearing 12. Between the tubular axis 5 and the nozzle 11 is a retaining spring 17, and between the floating nut 14 and the cover 15 is push the spring 18, the spring 18 is higher than the stiffness of the spring 17. Milling heads 21 and 22 with ignoretime 1 reinforced one another on a support plate 23. The method is as follows. The sheet 19 is placed on the frame 20 and secured. The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to metal machining.

Well-known methods of chamfering on the sheets, which consists in removing the metal layer with their edges or rotary cutters on milling machines ( Technology of metals. M.: metallurgy, 1978, S. 760, Fig. 234 g, d), or cutters on the plane or edge planing machines, with the cutting edges of the blades or cutters arranged at an angle to the plane of the sheet.

The disadvantage of these methods is to obtain chamfer plane is angled from the plane of the sheet to his side, but not fillet - a smooth transition from the plane of the sheet to his side.

When processing these cutters may receive fillets verge of a given radius. However, this method has a number of significant week - very high requirements for the installation of a processed sheet;

- a complex system of tracking deviation of the line edges in plan and vertical, which is especially important when the leaves are long (up to 12 m), because they have a "sword" - the deviation of the plane of the sidewall sheet total of the adjacent plane.

The technical result of the proposed method is the possibility of rounding the edges of a given radius along the length of the sheet.

The technical result is achieved by processing the edges are at least a pair of serially-installed mechanical rotary tools with flexible cutting elements, the work plane each tool tips for planes that form the edge under equal angles. Experiments established that these angles are close to the 30o.

A disadvantage of this device is hard /unchanging/ installation tool relative to the workpiece edges of the sheet, as a consequence, if the sheet "sabers" - concavity of the sheet generally not processed or handled below the required size, and on the convex part of the shavings removed more than necessary.

The device consists of a mechanical ignorez 1 mounted on the axle 2, in the middle part of which is cut slots 3 which engages with the splines 4 on the tubular axis 5, which is installed in the radial bearings 6, which are located inside the housing 7, which rests on a movable base 8. Between the tubular axis 5 and the nozzle 11 is a retaining spring 17, and between the floating nut 14 and the cover 15 is push the spring 18, the spring 18 is greater the stiffness of the spring 17. The sheet 19 to be processed is placed on a frame 20.

Said unit includes tie rod mounted in stops of lever, two springs with nuts for adjusting effort and hydraulic cylinder whose rod is jointly coupled with tie rod and whose body is joined with frame of carriage. Said two springs with nuts are arranged in tie rod and they engage with stops of lever.

EFFECT: enhanced quality of cleaning tube ends, improved efficiency of process.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes boring milling cutter, mechanism for angular fixation of it, stem. In order to enlarge manufacturing possibilities, stem is flexible one and it is mounted in ball bearing assemblies secured to curvilinear rod. Mechanism for angular fixation of boring milling cutter is in the form of clamp with spherical inner surface embracing ball bearing assembly. Outer surface of clamp has curvature radius corresponding to radius of worked surface. Lateral sides of clamp are inclined one to other by 90°.

SUBSTANCE: proposed tool comprises case accommodating rotary cutting block turning therein. Case comprises spline element secured onto the case top outer surface, adapter thread-jointed to cutting block top and selectively coupled with the tool to transmit torque to rotary cutting block. Proposed method comprises revolving needle cutter and feeding workpiece in lengthwise and crosswise directions per every double stroke of machine tool table. Workpiece is additionally subjected to torsional vibrations by device with its case top provided with washer made from antifriction material that doubles as antifriction bearing.
