The invention relates to the field of dentistry and concerns antiseptics used for the treatment of periodontitis. Means for therapy of periodontitis contains the antiseptic polydimethyldiallylammonium and water in specific proportions. The tool provides improved therapeutic effect, easy to use, simple to prepare, stable during storage.

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to therapeutic dentistry, and concerns antiseptics used for the treatment of periodontitis.

As antiseptics for the treatment of periodontitis in clinical practice, using aqueous solutions of hydrogen peroxide, furatsilina, potassium permanganate (USSR Author's certificate N 1168250, class A 61 K 6/00, publ. 23.07.85). These funds have antimicrobial activity and are used in the treatment of periodontitis for antiseptic treatment of the oral cavity, after which further treatment with antibacterial drugs as an anti-inflammatory effect of the above funds is poorly expressed. The technical task of the present invention is to provide a tool with an increased therapeutic effect.

This task is solved in that the means for the treatment of periodontal disease containing antiseptic and water as an antiseptic use polydimethyldiallylammonium in the following ratio, wt.%:
