On the basis of synthetic isoprene rubber, including sulfur, zinc oxide, a vulcanization accelerator, N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine, carbon black, softener, stearic acid, modifier, characterized in that the mixture contains as accelerator 2-mercaptobenzthiazole, softener - rosin and rubrics, modifier - molecular complex of resorcinol and hexamethylenetetramine-RU-1 and further comprises a phenyl-naphtylamine, butyl rubber and polyvinyl chloride in the following ratio, wt.h.:

Synthetic isoprene rubber - 86,3-89,7

Butyl-rubber - 4-6

Polyvinyl chloride - 6,3-7,7

Sulfur - 3,5

Zinc oxide - 5

2-Mercaptobenzothiazol - 0,3
