(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the textile industry and relates to woven reinforced threads, which can be used mainly in the garment industry. In woven reinforced threads, including reinforced yarn, serdechnikov integrated polyester thread which is located at an angle 13-17oto the axis of the twisted core yarn and the sheath consists of fibers of finite length, fixed a twist, braid consists of polyester staple fibers having a degree of tortuosity of 7.6-12.3 per cent when its sustainability 67,4-83.8 per cent and in the thread include at least two twisted together reinforced yarn. The invention allows to increase the strength and elasticity of joints when stretching along and across lines of stitches. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 2 tab.

Known woven reinforced thread /1/ containing cellular component in an integrated polyester yarns and reinforced yarn with a core of integrated polyester thread and with a braid of cotton fibers, and complete woven reinforced threads, same with a twist of core yarn and an opposite twist woven reinforced filament direction at the location core core yarn at an angle 13-17oto the axis of woven reinforced thread.

A disadvantage of the known yarn /1/ is limiting its use in the manufacture of synthetic fabrics of the shaped elastic yarn when the cotton braid strands prevents deformation of the complex polyester yarn together with a seam and durability is reduced.

The authors are not known in the prior art woven reinforced threads, which would in the aggregate have characteristics similar to characteristics that differ from the prototype declared threads.

Examples of woven reinforced threads, tried and tested in the conditions of JSC Sovetskaya Zvezda" when using Mylar (L) filament yarn and staple fiber plant "Khimvolokno", Mogilev Belarus, as well as polyester staple fiber from Turkey, by analogy marked "L", and for braid strands prototype cotton 2-1 sorting table. 1.

Cotton (X) fiber has the spinning reaches coefficient raspalennoe 0.70 to 0.75.

SUBSTANCE: acoustic screen is intended for reducing noise, created by aerodynamic twinning devices on spinning machines of "ПСК" type, and can be used for wide-band damping of noise produced by production equipment by means of sound absorption technique. Acoustic screen contains faced with sound-absorbing material and acoustically transparent film cover, which hermetically closes unit of aerodynamic twinning devices together with initial product, roller of drawing out device and belt. On roller of drawing out device with total length L and outer diameter D at least three turnings of diameter d are made. Ratio of outer diameter D of drawing out device roller to diameter of turnings d lies within optimal interval D/d=1.04÷1.05, ratio of total roller length L to length L2 of central turning on roller lies within optimal interval L/L2=4.3÷4.4, and ratio of length L2 of central turning to length L1 of side turnings on roller lies within optimal interval L2/L1=2.0÷2.2. Sound-absorbing material on inner surface of cover is made of the base of aluminium-containing alloys with their further filling with titanium hydride or air with density within 0.5÷0.9 kg/m3, with compression strength within 5÷10 MPa and bending strength within 10÷20 MPa. Sound-absorbing material can be made in form of crumb from hard vibrodamping materials, for instance elastomer, polyurethane, placed into envelope from sound-transparent material, size of crumb fractions being within optimal interval 0.3÷2.5 mm.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency of noise absorption due to increase of sound absorption coefficient by increasing sound absorption surfaces with preservation of overall dimension.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for production of aramid cord thread, and may be used in rubber and tyre industry. Cord thread is produced by twisting of three strands into single complex thread, and strands are represented by twisted thread from heterocyclic paraamid 58.8 tex x 2, having identical 1 11 twists from 130 to 250 tw/metre and direction of twists SSSZ. Additionally, complex thread may contain one strand of polyamide thread of linear density 93.5 tex (HK), twisted with direction of twists (SSS+HK)Z. Cord thread is impregnated with latex-resorcin-formaldehyde composition in amount of 2-15%.

EFFECT: production of high-strength synthetic threads.

SUBSTANCE: twisted reinforced thread comprises non-reinforced component in the form of polyester complex thread and reinforced yarn with core of polyester complex thread and braiding. Polyester complex thread of non-reinforced component has twist that makes 0.38-0.69 of twist of twisted reinforced thread. Braiding of reinforced yarn is formed with polyester staple fibres.

EFFECT: increased relative rupture load of twisted reinforced thread and its operational properties.

SUBSTANCE: method includes unwinding monothreads from a bobbin carrier at identical tension in process of unwinding, folding unwound monothreads with the help of multiple transporting rolls in untwisted condition and winding folded monothreads to produce a complex of monothreads. The complex of monothreads comprises multiple monothreads folded together in untwisted condition and having mean square deviation of weight per unit of length of monothreads complex in the range from 0.0001 to 0.01.

EFFECT: permanent desired tension of thread and production of monothreads complex in untwisted condition.

SUBSTANCE: aramide cord thread with breaking loaf of at least 1962 N features 58.8 tex 2×4×3 structure and consists of three strands with unequal number of throwings: first twist of 170-250 throwing/m, second twist of 140-190 throwing/m with SZS twist direction.

EFFECT: higher breaking load and cyclic durability.

SUBSTANCE: heat-resistant fabric is made by interlacing warp and weft yarns with a combined plain weave, with warp cord on the chain and with weft cord on the filling. The fabric is made of background warp on the chain and a mixed two-strand yarn consisting of equal parts of para-aramid fiber and polyoxadiazole 50×50 fiber. The resultant linear density of the fabric is 60 Tex. The fabric is reinforced on the chain and the filling by a double complex arimide thread 29.4 Tex × 2. The ratio of yarn to thread in the fabric is 75/25, and the surface density is 260 g/m2. The fabric was further treated with at least one organofluorine preparation.

EFFECT: better combustion efficiency increased fire resistance, decreased stiffness and improved flexibility and draping characteristics in conditions of the Far North.
