The invention relates to a heat-resistant polymeric materials based on organosilicon binder, used mainly for production of insulating materials. The inventive heat-resistant material contains an inorganic filler, a crosslinking agent, silicone block copolymers of General formula

{Ox/2(C6H5)3-xSiO[Si(CH3)2O]nSi(C6H5)3-xOx/2} Si(C6H5)3-xOx/2} (C6H5SiO1,5)mwhere x = 2-3;

n = 5-40;

m = 5-40;

the number 3-45 wt.%, and the heat treatment is carried out at 260-400oC.

To achieve these objectives in the method of manufacturing a heat-resistant polymer material under the second option, which includes a mixture of heat-resistant inorganic powder filler with silicone binder, drying, rolling mill, hot-pressing and heat treatment, as the organosilicon binder use the organosilicon block copolymers of General formula

2. The material under item 1, characterized in that the inorganic filler contains a filler selected from the group consisting of fiberglass, ludomania, paper made from inorganic fibers, sheet mica, or mixtures thereof.

3. The material under item 1, characterized in that the inorganic filler contains a powder selected from the group comprising beryllium oxide, silicon nitride, boron nitride, aluminum nitride, or mixtures thereof, and/or discrete fiber.

4. A method of manufacturing a heat-resistant polymer material under item 1, comprising the impregnation of inorganic filler silicone binder, drying, hot pressing and heat treatment, characterized in that the organosilicon binder use the organosilicon block copolymers of General formula

{ Ox/2(C6H5)3-xSiO [Si(CH3)2O]nSi(C6H5)3-xOx/2} (C6H5SiO1,5)mwhere x = 2 to 3;

n = 5 - 40;

m = 5 - 40

in the amount of 3 to 45 wt. % and the heat treatment is carried out at thout filler, selected from the group comprising fiberglass, ludomania, paper made from inorganic fibers, sheet mica, or mixtures thereof.

A method of manufacturing a heat-resistant polymer material under item 1, comprising a mixture of a heat-resistant inorganic powder filler with silicone binder, drying, rolling mill, hot-pressing and heat treatment, characterized in that the organosilicon binder use the organosilicon block copolymers of General formula

{ Ox/2(C6H5)3-xSiO [Si(CH3)2O]nSi(C6H5)3-xOx/2} (C6H5SiO1,5)mwhere x = 2 to 3;

n = 5 - 40;

m = 5 - 40

in the amount of 3 to 45 wt. % and the heat treatment is carried out at 260 - 400oC.

7. The method according to p. 6, characterized in that the inorganic filler used powder selected from the group comprising beryllium oxide, silicon nitride, boron nitride, aluminum nitride, or mixtures thereof, and/or discrete fiber.
