The invention relates to medicine and applies ointment to treat wounds and burns, frostbite and bedsores. The invention increases the antibacterial and analgesic properties ointments, and also accelerates capitalizatio wounds. The proposed ointment for the treatment of burns, containing chloramphenicol, benzocaine, aloe Vera, lanolin, vaseline, additionally contains a solution of hydrocortisone to 2.5%, procaine, vitamin 0,72%, vitamin E 20%, acterized the following quantitative ratio of components, wt.%:

A solution of hydrocortisone 2,5% - 9,0-11,0

Chloramphenicol - 4,0-6,0

Benzocaine - 4,5-5,5

Novocaine - 0,45-0,55,

Aloe extract - 14,0-16,0

Vitamin And 0,72% - 9,0-11,0

Vitamin E 20% - 9,0-11,0

Acterized - 9,0-11,0

Lanolin - 24,05-14,05

Vaseline - 17,0-13,9.

Known formula for the treatment of burns and open wounds /1/ containing an aqueous extract from the leaves of aloe, sulfathiazole as preservative, zinc oxide as an inert pigment and vaseline as oil-soluble bases.

The closest analogue to diethanolamin, lanolin, chloramphenicol, benzocaine, boric acid, sea buckthorn oil, propellant and water.

However, the known tool has insufficient antibacterial and analgesic action, a longer period of epithelialization and granulation, has a weaker anti-inflammatory effect.

The aim of the invention is to increase the antibacterial and analgesic properties of ointments, as well as the acceleration of epithelialization of the wound.

This objective is achieved in that the proposed ointment for the treatment of burns, containing chloramphenicol, benzocaine, aloe Vera, lanolin, vaseline, additionally contains a solution of hydrocortisone to 2.5%, procaine, vitamin A 0,72%, vitamin E 20%, acterized the following quantitative ratio of components, wt.%:
