The invention relates to a device for cleaning gases and can be used for gas purification from toxic components in various industries, agriculture, energy and transport.

The known device for cleaning gases, based on the principles of adsorption, flame and flameless /catalytic/ afterburning toxic components / proceedings of LANE. M: Knowledge. 1969. 360 S.; Symposium with the participation of experts from the countries of the CMEA "Toxicity of internal combustion engines and ways of its reduction. The reports of the participants of the Symposium /December 6-10/. M., 1966 / as well as the cleaning gas by passing it through a solution of chloride salts is subjected to electrolysis /auth.mon. USSR N 837379, 1979, CL B 01 D 53/00/, have low efficiency ocistmt frequent change /add/ reagents the impact of additional physical fields: temperature, electricity, substances to activate the reaction processes. This complicates the device and increases the cost.

The present invention aims at solving the problem of simplification of equipment for the purification of gases and expand their operational capabilities through the application of known climatic chamber C. A. Startsev /application N 5020317/14/083178 from 29.12.91. The decision on the grant of a patent of the Russian Federation signed the Department of medicine and medical equipment 21.04.93/ as a device for cleaning gases. The solution of this task is mediated by a new technical result, which consists in generating in a climatic chamber salt ions clusters /see the application for invention N 93025589 from 28.04.93 - Way power internal combustion engines/ able to engage with various substances in a chemical reaction until the emergence of sustainable physiologically non-toxic substances.

The essential features of the proposed technical solution: using climate chambers C. A. Startsev as a device for cleaning gases.

A causal relationship between the set of essential features and technical Reschke gases has a direct interaction generated in the chamber under the influence of the flow of gases, be cleansed, microdispersed salt fractions having high reactivity with toxic components of these gases. The overwhelming importance are the processes that generate chain reactions, reactions of autocatalysis, transformation and assimilation.

The drawing shows a climatic chamber C. A. Startsev, used as a device for cleaning gases.

Climatic chamber contains a shell 1 with the de-aeration hole 2, air-permeable base 3 to host a salt filter nositelem 4 communicated with the air supply system. Filter nalytical 4 is placed in the cavity of the nozzle 5 mounted on the base 3 and enclosing him on the perimeter. The air supply system includes a reservoir 6, the nozzle 7, the fan 8 and the nozzle 9. The de-aeration opening 2 in the casing 1 is located coaxially to the longitudinal axis of the nozzle 5, and the area of its cross section exceeds the area of the outlet nozzle 5. The nozzle 5 is made extending to the outlet end, and the angle of its side walls is 6... 12o. In the venting hole 2 has a deflector 10.

During operation climatic chamber be cleaned ha is spruce 4, made in the form of volume of crushed salt rocks. After passing through the nozzle 5, the gases in the form of a free jet is moved in the direction of the venting holes 2 and through the baffle 10 are issued outside the climatic chamber. With the passage of gases through the filter nalytical 4 is their purification from suspended particles and saturation of the salt ions. In the volume of the nozzle 5 is the interaction between the salt ions and toxic components of the cleaned gases. When this salt ions have on these components physico-chemical influence, causing reactions translation of toxic substances in neutral for a living organism form. Design features of the climate chambers help reduce turbulence in the flow of cleaned gases, thereby minimized recombination processes associated with the destruction of the salt ions, providing high efficiency of gas purification from toxic components.

An example of a specific implementation.

Using climate chambers C. A. Startsev cleared polluted toxic components of the air withdrawn from mining, in which the tractor. The air supplied in the climate chamber, with a second flow rate of 4.17 m2O5at 99.1%.
