(57) Abstract:

The way we produce leather refers to the leather industry and can be used in the manufacture of natural leather. The hide is subjected to pridobivanje by sequential introduction pikelny liquid zinc acetate, sulfuric acid and zeolite at a flow rate of zinc acetate 1.0 to 2.0% by weight of the hide, sulfuric acid, and 0.5 to 0.8% by weight of the hide and zeolite of 1.5 to 2.5% by weight of the hide. There are ways involving reduction of chromium through the process of tanning in the organic medium with suspended therein a complex of chromium is of such methods involves the use of aluminum compounds, stable water-soluble aliphatic epoxy resin and spun oil (SU 1744116 A1, C 14 C 3/04, 1992). Another method provides for the processing of spent pickling solution of chrome tanning agent in the presence of polyelectrolyte gel of polyacrylamide (SU 1638165 A1, C 14 C 1/08, 1991). However, the application of these methods relates to the use of complex equipment (as in the first method) or with organic compounds, very scarce.

There is also known a method of manufacture of leathers, including pridobivanje pickling chrome salts in the waste pikelny fluid with the use of alkaline aluminosilicate of sodium in the end tanning, dressing and processing of semi-finished chrome salts, taken as the closest analogue (SU 1675334 A1, C 14 C 3/04, 1991).

However, despite some reduction in consumption of chrome tanning agent and using readily available reagents, waste mortar, chips and scraps contain compounds of chromium, since the first stage of tanning involves the introduction of chrome tanning agent. Thus there is a loss of chromium from spent solution and waste, making it difficult waste disposal and has a negative impact on the environment.

Technical pikelny fluid, planing and subsequent processing of semi-finished chrome salts, according to the invention, pridobljena pickling is carried out by sequential introduction pikelny liquid zinc acetate, sulfuric acid and zeolite at a flow rate of zinc acetate 1.0 to 2.0% by weight of the hide, sulfuric acid, and 0.5 to 0.8% by weight of the hide and zeolite 1.5 to 2.5% by weight of the hide, and the subsequent processing of semi-finished implementing a chrome tanning agent in an amount of 1.8 to 2.2% by weight of semi-finished product in terms of Cr2O3when LC=0,8-1,0.

The proposed set of essential features of the technical solution allows to reduce the consumption of chromium and chromium compounds from waste, learn some wastes not containing chromium compounds, which will allow them to be used in the production of protein feed, glue, etc. to receive light semi-finished product that will facilitate the coating process of dyeing in bright colors.

This effect is achieved only when the sequential introduction of components pridobljene.

It was established experimentally that the implementation of the method can improve planetologist and photoscontact finished leather that improves the performance properties of the skin and easy storage.

The method is as follows.

At the end of pridobljene hide the plane, then treated chrome tanning agent in the amount of 1.9 to 2.2% by weight of semi-finished product (in terms of Cr2O3) if LC = 0,8-l,0.

For implementing the method used chemical reagents domestic production: zinc acetate GOST 5823-78 THE 6-09-3962-79, sulfuric acid GOST 420-4-77 THE 6-09-05-543-76, chrome tanning agent OST 6-18-219-75.

In the experiment using a standard chromium tanning agent basicity 37-42%.

A specific example of the method are given in table. 1.

In table. 2 presents the properties of the semi-finished product in comparison with the prototype.

Analysis of properties: properties of the obtained semi-finished product remained at the level of properties of the prototype, but decreased consumption of chromium at 10%, and the resulting wastes do not contain toxic compounds chromium (III), as well as improved performance properties of the finished leather.

SUBSTANCE: method involves providing testing on parallel groups of fur sheepskin after pickling on three topographic portions of sheep skin surface: skirt, spine and neck portions; processing samples of each group with acid-salt solution for 24 hours; withdrawing sheepskins of each group from acid-salt solution in predetermined time intervals; removing excessive liquid; placing said samples into tensile testing machine and stretching lengthwise of spine line by 40% relative to initial length thereof; holding samples in stretched state for 1 min and withdrawing from tensile-testing machine; leaving samples in free state for 10 min; determining residual elongation value in mm.

FIELD: fur industry, in particular, method for evaluating pickling quality of leather web in tanning of fur and sheepskin raw material.

SUBSTANCE: method involves determining quantitative pickling characteristic of leather web of semi-finished product by using time of solving thereof in alkaline solutions, said time depending on number and kind of intermolecular bindings destructed during pickling. Solving of collagen in alkaline solutions depends upon nature of preliminary acidic preparing procedure. Solving is provided in aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide having concentration of 150 g/l and temperature of 18-20 C. Derma solving time is found after preliminary thermal processing at temperature of 60-65 C during 1.5 hours. Method may be employed both in production of fur and sheepskin products and in fur processing.

EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and reduced time for determining quantitative pickling characteristic of skin web.
