The invention relates to construction materials and can be used in machine-building industry to protect the metal from corrosion. Bitumen-rubber mastic contains, by weight. % tar 10-20, phosphorite flour 10-20, asbestos is 0.1-0.2, oil MO-6 3,0-10, a compound based on rubbers or thermoplastic 1,0-3,0, polyvinyl alcohol 0,5-1,0, polyethylene 0.5 to 1.0, the polyethylene glycol is 0.1-0.2, sulfur 0,5-3,0, water 10-30, gasoline 28,8-49,5. The composition improves the adhesion to metal, improves the heat resistance and cold resistance. table 2.

The goal of the project is achieved in that the bitumen-rubber insulating mastic containing bitumen, filler, plasticizer, gasoline, contains as filler phosphorite flour, asbestos, as a plasticizer oil MO-6, and optionally an additive compound based on rubbers or thermoplastic, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene, polyethylene glycol, sulfur and water in the following content, wt.%:

Comparative analysis of the prototype allows us to conclude that the claimed mastic composition differs from the composition of the prototype the introduction of new components, namely: phosphorite flour, asbestos, oil MO-6, a compound based on rubbers or thermoplastic, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene, polyethylene glycol, sulfur and water.

Thus, the proposed solution meets the criterion of "novelty". Analysis of known composition which provides sufficient heat resistance, frost resistance and adhesion to metal.

However, the use of additional components, namely polyvinyl alcohol to improve the adhesion to metal, plastic-based rubber or thermoplastic, which allows to increase the frost resistance and resistance mastic, allows us to judge the compliance of the proposed solutions to the criterion of "significant differences".

For experimental verification of the claimed mastic as the main material we used waste rubber-bitumen layer tselnoformovannye textile-bitumen components. As the adhesive component used polyvinyl alcohol, to prevent drying mastic entered the water, and to dissolve the waste - gas. Mastic was obtained by mechanical mixing under certain temperature conditions. For work on the floor of the metal and construction mastic bred gasoline until the desired consistency and applied by brush or spray gun on the metal surface. After 5-6 h mastic froze.

Metal samples treated with mastic, were tested for bond strength to metal, cold resistance and heat resistance.

The use of waste rubber-bitumen layer tselnoformovannye textile-bitumen components for machines in the manufacture of mastics can significantly reduce the cost of the manufacturing process of mastic with better quality.
