The rubber mixture can be used in tire and rubber industry. Rubber compound based on unsaturated rubber, filled with white soot with beats. MF 70 - 250 mg/g in the amount of 30.0 - 60 wt.h., further comprises a protein selected from the range: keratin, albumin, collagen in the amount of 1.0 - 5.0 wt.h., and a surfactant selected from the range: neonol V-12, sulfinol or surfactants 1019 in the amount of 0.5 - 1.5 wt.h. The rubber mixture is characterized by high resistance to podocarpaceae and speed of vulcanization, rubber, produced from her, good strength properties. table 2.

The present invention relates to rubber mixtures based on unsaturated rubbers which can be used in tire and rubber industry.

Known rubber compound based on unsaturated rubbers comprising 5-30 wt. including white carbon black and 0.5-5 wt. including aromatic bismaleimide (Patent 5153248 USA, MCI5C 08 K 5/34, C 08 K 5/15 declared 10.10.91, published 6.10.92). However, the rubber of the mixture are characterized by a slow rate of vulcanization and poor physical and mechanical properties. In addition, pretema rubber compound allows to significantly improve the technological properties of mixtures based on unsaturated rubber General purpose, filled with white carbon black with a specific surface area 70-250 m2/g, and physico-mechanical properties of vulcanizates obtained from these mixtures.

This is achieved thanks to the joint use of modifiers: protein selected from the range: keratin, albumin, collagen, and a surfactant selected range: monoalkyl ether of polyethylene glycol on the basis of a secondary fatty alcohol (neonol B1020-12), sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate-based kerosene (solganol) and sodium bis (2-ethylhexyl) succinycholine (SAS 1019) in the following ratio, wt.h.:

Stearic acid - 1

White carbon black with a specific surface area 70-250 m2/g - 30 - 60

The specified surfactant is 0.5 to 1.5

The combined use of protein and surfactant in rubber mixtures containing white carbon, can significantly reduce the viscosity of the mixtures to increase their resistance to podocarpaceae while increasing the rate of vulcanization of the mixtures and mechanical properties of vulcanizates compared to the prototype with binmaley the IR-mechanical characteristics of rubber, irrational their spending. With decreasing dosages of protein and surfactant is not achieving the desired technical effect on technological properties of rubber compounds and physico-mechanical properties of vulcanizates based on them.

Using the proposed technical solutions were made of the rubber-based rubber SKI-3, the composition of which is given in table No. 1.

Properties of rubber mixtures and vulcanizates are given in table No. 2, from which it follows that the combined use of protein and surfactant can reduce the viscosity of rubber compounds as compared to mixtures containing no additives, and mixtures containing bismaleimide, improves resistance to podocarpaceae, the degree of vulcanization of rubbers (Mmax-Mmin), the rate of vulcanization of Tc(90). At the same time greatly increases the conditional tensile strength and tear resistance.
