(57) Abstract:We offer healing wounds "Empircal" is a gel at neutral collagen-based, effective in the treatment of severe radiation injuries of the skin, burns, wounds, trophic ulcers of different etiology, bedsores. Neutral collagen does not irritate the skin and the wound surface, hydrophilic, easily absorbed, with subsequent resorption and effects on wound process. The tool contains, wt%: the emoxipin 1-5, parmidin 2-5, dimethylsulfoxide 10-20, nipagin of 0.05-0.1 and neutral collagen on borax-phosphate buffer with pH 7.0 - 7.5 to 100. The tool can optionally contain 1 wt.% lidocaine or trimekainom. 1 C.p. f-crystals. The invention relates to medicine, namely the production of medicines for external use.Known ointments containing in its composition derivatives of collagen and fatty acids . However, to get a reasonable consistency of these ointments should contain thickeners and other auxiliary substances, which reduces their therapeutic effectiveness and creates difficulties in the manufacture.Also known ointment , containing analiziruyuschei substance and as a hydrophilic agestructure at low temperature. The disadvantage of ointments, in addition to the difficulties associated with obtaining powder is that the powder is aging during storage and loses its solubility, which affects the quality of the ointment. The use of this ointment is very narrow and limited local anesthesia in dentistry.Acetic acid collagen  found use as ointment bases due to strong irritant action of the acid on the skin.Closest to the proposed healing tool are based ointment neutral collagen mass or dry collagen (pharmaceutical) drugs (streptocid, amination) . The disadvantage of these ointments was poor solubility of neutral collagen or dry collagen in water, which required an additional injection of citric acid and, therefore, increase its irritating effect on the skin. In addition, these drugs do not stimulate the processes of wound healing.The present invention relates ointment collagen at neutral basis, containing in its composition emoxipin, parmidin, dimethylsulfoxide - substances with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and stimulates the regeneration activity. Active principle ointment emoxipin and parmidin. The emoxipin refers to the antioxidant nutrient type, is a structural analogue of vitamin B. Then the prepared bacterial mass of microorganisms is immobilized on sorbent used in medicine in its ratio to bacterial mass of microorganisms = (9-1):(1-9) followed by addition of the protecting medium and biologically active supplement to formed mass in the necessary amount. Also, invention describes a method for prophylaxis and treatment of bacterial vaginitis that involves intravaginal administration of the preparation described above in the amount 1-3 doses, 1-3 times per 24 h. The treatment course is prescribed individually. Invention provides expanding assortment of agents used for treatment of bacterial vaginitis. Invention can be used in obstetric-gynecological practice.
