(57) Abstract:The invention is intended for use in feed for production of animal feed based on soy protein. The proposed method involves mixing soy beans, sprouted within 100 h, with a grain of barley and wheat during barotermicheskoi processing at 105-110oC. Method of processing enhances the nutritional value of the product and its digestibility. The invention relates to forage production and can be used for feed production based on soy protein.Closest to the claimed is a method for urea concentrate, in which the mixture of the crushed grain, urea and powder sodium bentonite subjected barotermicheskoi processing (Monchinski b.p., Kozarova HP feed Production.- M: VO "Agropromizdat, 1991, S. 140-143).The disadvantage of this method is that the obtained urea concentrate has a low nutritional value because it contained toxic urea, incorrect dosage which can cause illness and death of animals.Improving forage advantages by improving the nutritional value of p component, dosing and barotermicheskoi processing, as well as the protein component used couched in for 100 hours without access of light soy grain, because during this time there is a maximum accumulation of vitamin C, and further germination is impractical and mixing produced during barotermicheskoi processing at 105-110oC.Sprouted soybean grain is mixed in the extruder with wheat and barley in the ratio 2:3:3. Passing through the press extruder, the mixture is subjected barotermicheskoi processing, i.e., pressure, friction, and its temperature rises to 105 to 110oC. When this occurs the destruction of urease, trypsin inhibitor and other anti-nutritional substances contained in soybean grain.At step exposure in the extruder pressure and temperature of the starch grain crops is converted into simple sugars (dextrins). The obtained protein product is cooled and then used for feeding animals by known technologies.The proposed method for obtaining the protein product has the following advantages:
- improves the nutritional value and digestibility of forages;
- allows to obtain non-toxic product, rich vitaliana and barotermicheskoi processing the mixture of grain components, characterized in that as the protein component used couched in for 100 hours without access of light soy grain, and the mixing produced during barotermicheskoi treatment at 105 - 110oC.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing fodder product from sugar beet seeds by their grinding and by addition of soybean grist in the ratio = 10:(2-3), extraction with hydrochloric acid followed by precipitation of the end product. Invention provides elevating level of lysine in the end product.

SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing sunflower oil foots with crushed cereal component in high-speed mixer having shaft rotational speed of 1,000-1,500 rev/min, with optimal dose of feeding of sunflower oil foots in the course of mixing with crushed cereal component being 30%. Method allows precise dosage of sunflower oil foots into crushed feed to be provided and homogeneous non-sticky mass to be produced. Also, method provides for purposeful utilization of sunflower oil foots and deficit of energy feeding of farm animals and poultry to be eliminated.
EFFECT: increased energy value of crushed feed, reduced labor intensity, simplified process and increased productive quality of farm animals and poultry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves providing agricultural products and mixing with water; providing hydrodynamic, cavitational and thermal processing thereof; during preparing, directing mixture through system of movable channels having section variable in the course of flow, with energy of collapsing cavitational bubbles being released during passage of mixture through said system of movable channels; directing obtained energy to processable mixture repeatedly movable along closed contour for bringing it to homogeneous state at temperature of 50-70ºC. Apparatus for preparing of feeds has chamber with inlet and outlet branch pipes. Stator and rotor are incorporated in chamber. Apparatus is further provided with preliminary mixing hopper connected through inlet and outlet pipings with chamber branch pipes so as to define closed contour for flowing of mixture. Rotor is furnished with large-sized tangential blades uniformly distributed thereon for dividing it into sections. Small-sized radial curved blades are arranged around the circumference of rotor in sections. Blades, both large-sized and small-sized, have variable height increasing from rotor center toward periphery thereof, and are adapted for defining variable section channels. Stator has nozzle-type channels arranged radially and uniformly around the circumference thereof.
EFFECT: simplified process of preparing feeds and improved quality of resultant feeds.

SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing dosed bulk combined feed components and liquid additives; conditioning portions of resultant mixture with water and/or steam in fluidized bed provided in mixer-conditioner; before expanding procedure, wetted mixture is supplied in portions into feeder-holder for uniform saturation of moisture by feed particles over the entire volume thereof. Temperature of mixture before expanding procedure is 60-87°C and moisture content is up to 22%. Mixing and conditioning time in feeder-holder is 6 min.
EFFECT: reduced capital and operation costs for producing of combined feeds, increased nutritive value and improved dietary properties of expanded end product.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with supplementing cattle diet with Chlorella Vulgaris-based bioregulator for 1 mo, once daily, moreover, as the above-mentioned bioregulator one should apply the products of Chlorella Vulgaris suspension processing. Moreover, the main product of processing - the complex of biologically active substances BAS should be fed for animals before morning feeding at the quantity of 1 l/animal, and secondary product of processing - residues of cell walls - should be given together with feedstuffs at the quantity of 1 g/kg body weight. The main product of processing - BAS is obtained due to twice freezing biological mass separated against supernatant liquid as the result of Chlorella Vulgaris cultivation, strain IFR N C-111 to achieve suspension density of 50-60 mln. cells/ml due to dividing defrosted biomass into cell fluid and solid fraction, infusing the latter upon a catholyte at pH being 6-8 at the ratio of 1:3 for 20 min and combining the extract obtained with cell fluid and liquid fraction, and secondary product of processing - the residues of cell walls should be obtained due to drying solid fraction remained after separating an extract under natural conditions and reducing.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with feeding technique in poultry. The fodder has been suggested that includes combined feedstuffs at decreased portion of food grain, millet, MEK-SH-3 at the quantity of 1 kg/t. The innovation enables to increase body weight gain and decrease fodder expenses per a body weight gain unit.
