(57) Abstract:

The part concerning the technology of dyeing fabrics containing cellulose fiber and can be used in the textile industry. Composition for dyeing includes active dye, drug-based-amylase, alkaline agent and lubricant. As drug-based-amylase it contains bifermentans drug - aminopiperidin GH and additionally sodium thiosulfate at a certain mixing ratio of the dye solution. The proposed structure provides improved color by increasing the degree of fixation of the dye. table 1.

The invention relates to the textile industry, namely to the technology of dyeing fabrics containing cotton fiber.

Known compositions for dyeing of cotton, viscose staple fabrics and fabrics made from a mixture of cotton and viscose fibres active dye comprising a dye, a wetting agent, an alkaline agent (carbonate or sodium bicarbonate), urea (Reference finishing of cotton fabrics, T. 1, S. 151, 152). Also known compositions for prunaprismia way of cold active fixation of the dye (patent N 1065816 England, application N 03234880, Japan, 1991; U.S. patent N 4371372, 1981). All these compositions do not provide the necessary brightness and strength of character.

After dyeing this part of the fabric has insufficient brightness (color intensity), low degree of fixation of the dye (less than 70%) and low color fastness to wet rubbing (3 points).

The task of the technical solution is to provide a composition for dyeing fabrics containing cellulose fiber, providing improved color by increasing the intensity and strength of color and increasing the degree of fixation of the dye.

The problem is solved by the fact that the composition for dyeing fabrics containing cellulose fiber, includes active dye, drug-based-amylase, alkaline agent and a wetting agent as a drug on the basis of a-amylase contains bifermentans drug hemilaminectomy GH and additionally contains sodium thiosulfate in the following ratio of the components of the dye solution, g/l:

Active dye is 5 - 10

Soda ash - 5 - 10

Hemilaminectomy GH - 2 - 5

Sodium thiosulfate - 0,5 - 1

SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily washing flax filament with washing liquid; placing into electrohydraulic processing chamber filled with working fluid and providing for electrohydraulic processing of flax filament.
