With this combination of act-protective and antihypoxic action means 30% greater than that for the original product - alcoholic extracts. 7 C.p. f-crystals.

The invention relates to medicine, specifically to pharmacology. A new tool on the basis of the alcoholic extract of plant tonic drug act-protective and antihypoxic effect.

Known tonic preparations, representing the alcoholic extract of plants of the family kalievyh, for example, extract of Siberian ginseng, tinctures aralia, or extract of Rhaponticum extract, Rhodiola (M. D. Mashkovsky. Medicinal product. -M.: Medicine, 1993, T. 1, S. 161 to 165). Tools more effectively stimulate the Central border disorders.

In this regard, it was suggested different ways of increasing the activity of these drugs: a drug combined with acupuncture (EN 2053784, C1, class A 61 K 35/78), each dose funds arbitrarily varied in the course of treatment (EN 2069566, C1, class A 61 K 35/78), dosage form was added krahmaloprodukt (EN 2094050, C1, class A 61 K 35/78) or active agent was administered in the dosage form in melkodispersionnoy (WO 97/0725, A1, class A 23 L 01/025).

The present invention expands the Arsenal of medicines on the basis of tonic preparations. The proposed tool has a high act-protective and antihypoxic activity and can be used in therapeutic and prophylactic purposes in patients, athletes and those engaged in heavy physical labor under conditions of hypoxia. The tool has improved organoleptic qualities, which allows a comfortable acceptance of the tool by patients, improves its stability during storage.

The invention consists in that the use of the alcoholic extract tonic herbal preparations to obtain funds with high act-protective and antihypoxic activity.

Source tanishiro, zamanihi, Siberian ginseng, schisandra or aralia. It is added to the cooled sugar syrup immediately after its preparation with organic fruit acid and additive corrective taste, aroma and texture.

As organic fruit acids used either citric or malic or succinic acid, or their optimal combination.

As a corrective additives used food coloring and flavoring agents permitted for use in medical and food industries, such as the dye according to THE-10-04-04-19-38, the essence of food according OST 18-103-84.

Sugar syrup was prepared by the known method: in a food boiler downloaded refined sugar (fructose) in the amount of 64 parts, gave purified water (26 h) and heated the mixture using a mixer until sugar is dissolved. The resulting solution was boiled 5 minutes, then cooled, filtered and translated into the reactor.

In the concentrated syrup in parts was added alcoholic extract of plant tonic drug and organic fruit acid.

As a corrective additives used a mixture of the following R> When mixing used the mixer running until a completely homogeneous syrup. The finished product is a clear syrupy liquid sweet-sour taste. It was filtered, packaged and Packed. The standard tool was tested on the density of the syrup.

Example 1. Syrup aralia.

Composition, wt. including:

Refined sugar (GOST 22-78) - 64

Purified water (FS 42-2619-89) - 26

Bitter aralia 70% alcohol (1:5) - 4

Corrective component of 5.4

The citric and malic acid (1:1) - 0,6

In food boiler load refined sugar, purified water in the above ratio, feed steam in the steam jacket of the boiler and heat the mixture. Include a mixer and mix until sugar is dissolved. The resulting solution was heated and boiled for 5 min, then cooled, filtered and transferred to another reactor where it is mixed with 4 parts of tincture aralia and 0.6 parts of a mixture of citric and malic acids added portions 2 admission. Then add a corrective mixture also in parts in 3 divided doses, mixed to achieve homogeneity syrup, filtered, packaged and Packed.

Example 2. Syrup zamanihi.

Composition, wt. including:

Refined sugar (G and lemon (2:1) - 0,6

Corrective complex is 5.4

In food boiler load refined sugar, served water and stirred using a stirrer with heating steam supplied to the steam jacket of the boiler. After sugar is dissolved, the solution was transferred to another reactor and mixed with 5 hours of tincture zamanihi added in 2 hours at the same time from 0.6 o'clock mixture of succinic and citric acids (2:1). Add 5,4 including corrective complex 2 admission that it is necessary to achieve a uniform composition, uniform color and density of the syrup. Then, the finished product was filtered, Packed, Packed. The standardization of the target product was tested on the density of the syrup.

The activity of the funds received was studied on a model of acute hypobaric hypoxia.

Male white mice for 3 days was administered intragastrically or placebo (sugar syrup), or tincture aralia dose of 0.1 ml/20 g weight (calculated on the dry matter of 1.65 mg/ml), or syrup aralia equivalent dose in terms of dry substance.

The life span of the mice in the conditions of hypobaric hypoxia was longer than in control under the influence of tincture aralia 2 times, syrup aralia - 2.6 times higher than in the control group receiving placebo.

The life span of the mice in the conditions of hypobaric hypoxia under the action of tincture of Siberian ginseng was 1.7 times higher than in the control and under the influence of syrup Eleutherococcus - 2.2 times higher.

Act-protective effect was studied by means of time of the voyage of male rats at a water temperature of 20-22oC. a Liquid extract or syrup of lemon grass was administered intragastrically for 5 days at a dose of 12 mg/ml, calculated on the dry matter. The duration of the voyage rats compared to controls after injection of tincture increased by 56% after the introduction of the syrup - 78%, respectively.

A similar action had a tincture and syrup aralia: the voyage of rats after administration of infusions at a dose of 12 mg/ml (in terms of dry matter) increased by 49%, after the introduction of the syrup (in the same dose, calculated on the dry matter) by 70%, which is associated with prolongation of action of the target product.

The study of specific activity and toxicity have shown the following.

The study was subjected syrup "Siberian ginseng", containing 4.5% liquid extract of Eleutherococcus.

Toxicity syrup can be attributed to relatively harmless substances, when introduced through the mouth even at a dose of 75 g/kg mA is I, stimulates locomotor activity and performance in fatigue. The syrup has adaptogenic properties, increasing the resistance of animals to hypoxia, improves blood flow to the brain.

With the introduction of a month in a daily dose of 15 mg/ml syrup did not cause significant changes in behavioral reactions (anxiety, aggressiveness), neuromuscular and autonomic profile, and changes in the indices of the cardiovascular system (systemic arterial pressure, ECG). Hematological indices and blood clotting remained unchanged. The study diuresis with introductory load did not reveal a significant impact of syrup on diuresis, protein and sugar in the urine not detected. The indices of metabolic and disintoxication liver function tests within normal limits. The amount of cholesterol and bile acids in bile did not differ from those in control experiments, the duration nematalosa sleep decreased.

The integral characteristics of animals (appearance, weight gain, food consumption and water) did not differ from control. Pathologic-anatomic study showed no changes in vital organs. The mass of the bodies and the weight coffeemak" does not cause toxic effects with long-term use in high doses.

A similar conclusion is obtained about the syrup of lemon grass and the Manchurian aralia.

Developed in the present invention means (syrups) were tested on the holiday and the staff of health centers number of cities-resorts of the Caucasian mineral waters region.

The syrups were taken within 20 days 1 tablespoon 2-3 times a day for 28 to 30 minutes before eating. Medical monitoring of the General condition was performed 1 time in 3 days.

In the control group who did not receive the syrup aralia, the subjects observed fluctuations in blood pressure (BP), depending on weather conditions, headaches.

In the group received the drug - fast stabilization (AD) 120-110 mm RT. Art., feel better, no headaches.
