The claimed invention solves the problem of improving the surface quality of products, reduce the cost of energy for its production and reduce the complexity of the manufacturing process of the instrument.

This is achieved by the fact that in the known device, comprising roller matrix with mechanisms axial impact and drive the rotation of the workpiece in contact with the workpiece rollers unlike the prototype is designed in such a way that each of the rollers runs in separate parts of the side surface of the workpiece.
