(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the processing of polymers and can be used in the manufacture of road coverings. The composition comprises bitumen, ethylene-propylene (diene)new rubber, polyolefin and a plasticizer - extract selective cleaning of lube oil fractions with a kinematic viscosity at 100oC 35 - 40 mm2/s and a density at 20oC 0,96 - 0,98 g/cm2in the following ratio, wt.h.: bitumen 70,000 - 97,000; ethylene-propylene(diene)new rubber to 0.480 - 11,760; polyolefin 0,012 - 2,400; plasticizer 1,800 - 24,000. The invention improves the extensibility and elasticity of the coating 2 C.p. f-crystals, 2 tab.

The invention relates to a bituminous binder materials and can be used, in particular, in the construction and repair of roads and airfield pavements.

Bitumen is one of the main binders at the device top layer of highways, bridges and airfields. However, to improve the physical-mechanical properties of bitumen it is often used with modifying additives, such as high polymer compounds, providing the ability of the bitumen to high-elastic deformation.

This asphalt binder has high physical and mechanical properties. However, it has low adhesion characteristics, which leads to the separation of bitumen from the surface of the stone material.

Also known bituminous composition comprising a bituminous material consisting of a residue, obtained by the cracking of paraffin-naphthenic residue from the distillation of crude oil, with 2.5-40% (based on composition) of natural or synthetic rubber, polyolefin or mixtures thereof [2].

However, the polymers are difficult to distribute in the bitumen. This circumstance requires a long time of manufacturing bitumnopolimernye composition for homogenization (about 3-4 hours), and therefore, significant energy costs.

Most similar to that proposed by the technical nature of a bituminous composition containing bitumen, 2-12 wt.% a mixture of ethylene-propylene or ethylene-propylene-diene rubber with a polyolefin (polyethylene, polypropylene) in a ratio of 100:(30-100), naphthenic oil (plasticizer) and the filler [3] . Thanks to the addition of naphthenic oil and a special two-stage method of making composition easier and faster processed on standard the mind, that does not ensure the homogeneity of the composition, and therefore, uniformity of properties. This leads to the deterioration of the deformation characteristics (elasticity, tensile).

In addition, due to the introduction into the composition of the filler is impossible to control the quality of the bitumen-polymer mixture.

The task consisted in the development of the composition of the bitumen composition with high deformability properties that do not require a long time of its manufacture.

This task is solved in that the composition containing bitumen, ethylene-propylene(diene)new rubber, polyolefin and a plasticizer, as the latter contains the extract selective treatment oil fractions with a kinematic viscosity at 100oC 35-40 mm2/s and a density at 20oC 0,96-0,98 g/cm2(oil MO-s) in the following ratio, wt.h.:

Bitumen - 70,000-97,000

Ethylene-propylene(diene)new rubber - to 0.480-11,760

The polyolefin (polypropylene, polyethylene) - 0,012-2,400

Oil MO-6 - 1,800-24,000

It was found that the combination of 1,8-of 24.0 wt. hours specified plasticizer with a small admixture of polyolefin (0,012-2.4 wt.h.) with respect to the rubber, the content of which is 0.48-11,76 wt.h. (the prototype is not less than 30 Mozila may contain different grades of bitumen, for example, the bitumen road viscous (GOST 22245-90).

Preferred is an introduction to the composition of ethylene-propylene(diene)new rubber with a polyolefin in the ratio (about 80 to 98):(20-2).

The preferred mixing ratio of the ethylene-propylene(diene)new rubber with a polyolefin and oil MO-6 is (60-80):(40-20) by mass.

Increasing the dosage of polyolefin leads to deterioration of the deformation properties of the composition. The same negative result occurs when the proposed replacement of plasticizer on another well-known plasticizer, including naphthenic oil.

Synthetic ethylene-propylene(diene)new rubbers are products of copolymerization of ethylene with propylene (double copolymers of the type qualified electronic signature certificate), and also with a small amount of a third copolymer of diene with isolated double bonds (triple copolymers of the type scapt).

Polyolefins are thermoplastic polymerization products of monoolefins at low or high pressure. It is preferable to use polypropylene or polyethylene, but the specific type of polymer is not crucial to achieve the result.

Used plasticizer produces the Lena on standard equipment mixing type.

The invention is illustrated but not limited by the following examples:

Example 1.

Prepare compositions 1-7, for which a portion of the mixture qualified electronic signature certificate(T) with polypropylene (polyethylene) pellets are poured into a mixing vessel containing oil MO-6, heated to 100oC, and stirred until a homogeneous within 60 min at a temperature of 180oC.

The mixture is served in another capacity (asfaltosmesiteli Testomat) for mixing with the oil bitumen grade BND 60/90 (tracks 1-5,7) or BND 90/130 (composition 6) heated to 180oC, and implement the mixture for 20 min, after which the finished composition unload. The compositions 1-7 are given in table. 1.

Samples of the products obtained are subjected to standard tests, the results of which are presented in table. 2.

As follows from the presented data, the proposed composition has a complex of high physical-mechanical properties (elongation, elasticity and depth of penetration of the needle) at the time of its manufacture not exceeding 1.5 hours and the visual control of the quality of the bitumen-polymer mixture in the absence of insoluble inclusions.

2. The composition according to p. 1, characterized in that it contains ethylene-propylene(diene)new rubber and a polyolefin in a weight ratio of 80 to 98 : 2 to 20.

3. The composition according to PP.1 and 2, characterized in that it contains extract selective cleaning of lube oil fractions with a kinematic viscosity at 100oC 35 - 40 mm2/s and density 0,96 - 0,98 g/cm2at 20oC and a mixture of ethylene-propylene(diene)new rubber with a polyolefin in a weight ratio of 60 to 80 : 20 to 40.
