The present invention relates to the field of medical engineering, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in the development of movements in the wrist, elbow, knee, etc. joints.

The device operates as follows.

In the initial position (see Fig. 1) the joint is straightened. To reject one part of the joint to the other (the extension of the joint) with a wrench begin to turn the nut 9 in a clockwise direction. Additional support 5 connected via the fastening element 6 with one of the parts of the joint, rotates together with this part around the axis of rotation of the joint, coinciding with the axis of rotation of hinge joints 1 and 2, due to the fact that the element 7 as the rotation of the nut 9 under the action of axial efforts povorachivaetsya another part in the opposite direction indicated in Fig. 2, 3 (flexion of the joint), the nut 9 feature other side of the element 8 (see Fig. 4) and rotate it counter-clockwise, ensuring the required angle of one of the joint parts.
