SUBSTANCE: water production device comprises casing pipe provided with disc valve and with perforated filter arranged in lower part thereof. Upper casing pipe part has steel bottom with pressure relief valve adapted to reduce pressure inside casing pipe and compressed air inlet pipe having valve. The valve is connected with receiver and with air compressor. Connected to disc valve is air-tight removable plug having cable fastened to the disc valve to provide manual valve opening in the case of valve seizure. Pipe with water displacement valve is installed in the casing pipe and extends for the full casing pipe length. The pipe has check valve and shutoff valve located at well outlet. Method for water production from artesian well with the use of above device involves filling casing pipe with water portion under dynamic artesian horizon level pressure; activating compressor; filling the receiver with compressed air; supplying compressed air into casing pipe under pressure corresponding to summary height of well and water tower; displacing water from casing pipe into water tower; closing compressed air inlet valve; venting air from casing pipe through pressure relief valve, which is closed after air discharge operation termination and continuing above filling-displacement operations.
EFFECT: increased reliability and pressure without the use of submersible pump provided with electric motor.

Said collar consists of base disk and rubber-metal skirt. Base disk has four holes for attachment to pump and cutout to receive power supply cable. Rubber-metal skirt consists of moving reinforcing carcass with rings and rubber element. Besides, pump unit incorporates head cap communicating well via flange joint with pressure pipeline.

Besides, it can be used at artesian wells with sealed water towers and metal tanks. Method of prevention of the occurrence of ferrous and ferric iron oxides in artesian well water consists in fitting the sealed head wall to seal the casing against the air oxygen ingress therein. Besides, the cable and water lift pipe are sealed at the sealed head wall inlet.
EFFECT: decreased content of total iron in walls encased by metal pipes to less than 0,3 mg/l to comply with the requirements of the State Standard GOST "Drinking Water".
SUBSTANCE: water-intake tubular well comprises a perforated casing pipe in soil arranged with its perforated section in a water-bearing layer of rocks, and a water-lifting device in it. At the upper end the casing pipe is equipped with a cover with a collar installed on it, on the cord of which there is a water-lifting pipe suspended. The water-lifting pipe has an injection valve at the lower input and a circular body along the casing pipe diameter with a suction valve and elements of hydraulic seal along the external diameter in the form of circular grooves. To drill a water-intake tubular well, a device is used, which comprises drilling pipes and a cutting drilling bit. The drilling bit is equipped with a container with a valve made of light material, for instance, plastic, to stock damaged rock. Drilling pipes are lighter pipes, for instance, water-gas pipes. On the upper end of drilling pipes there is a transverse lever of rotation. In case of high drilling depth a device is used for lowering and raising operations, including a clamp of drilling pipes and a support for clamp placement.
