(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the treatment of steel for the production of dielectric coatings on its surface and can be used in the electrical industry. According to the invention on a sheet of anisotropic electrical steel is applied composition, optionally containing ethyl silicate in the following ratio, wt.%: phosphoric acid 50-70; magnesium oxide 3,0-5,3; aluminum hydroxide, 1,5-3,2; boric acid 0.4 to 1.0; ethyl silicate 0,5-2,0; water the rest. Using the proposed structure allows to improve the physico-mechanical and magnetic properties of the coatings, and also enables the use of anisotropic sheet steel in new areas of technology, such as transformers with winding core. table 1.

Known composition for the production of dielectric coatings based on aluminum phosphate, colloidal silica with the addition of chromium compounds and boric acid [1].

The disadvantage of this composition is toksicni, wt.%:

Phosphoric acid - 35-65

Magnesium oxide - 1 - 5

The aluminum hydroxide - 1 - 5

Boric acid is 0.1-0.5

Water-soluble compound of sodium - 0,01-0,1

Water - the Rest

The disadvantages of this structure are low elongation coverage at break, its magnetic and mechanical properties.

The objective of the invention is the increase in the relative elongation of the coating at break with the improvement of its magnetic and mechanical properties.

This object is achieved in that the sheet of anisotropic electrical steel is applied composition, optionally containing ethyl silicate in the following ratio, wt.%:

Phosphoric acid - 50-70

Magnesium oxide - 3,0-5,3

The aluminum hydroxide - 1,5-3,2

Boric acid - 0,4-1,0

Ethyl silicate - 0,5-2,0

Water - The Rest.

Ethyl silicate is a complex mixture of products of partial hydrolytic condensation of ethyl ester of orthosilicic acid polyoxazolines.

The introduction of this compound in the composition can increase the elongation of the coating at break and improved magnetic and physical mehanicheskoy acid and water mixed with orthophosphoric acid at 90-100oC. After cooling down to 40-45oC enter ethyl silicate.

In all examples, the samples of the sheet of anisotropic electrical steel were processed within 5 s at a temperature of 20-40oC. the Excess solution was removed by squeezing gammirovanie rolls. The coating was subjected to heat treatment at a temperature of 800oC for 60 S.

Specific losses in the magnetic induction of 1.7 T and a frequency of 50 Hz (P1,7/50) is determined according to GOST 12119-80.

Physico-mechanical properties of the coatings determined by the following indicators:

- elongation at break according to GOST 18299-72;

- coefficient of resistance according to GOST 12119-80.

The table shows the physico-mechanical and magnetic properties of coatings obtained in the proposed solutions and the prototype.

The analysis of the obtained experimental data shows that when the content of phosphoric acid, magnesium oxide, aluminum hydroxide, boric acid, ethyl silicate above and below the stated concentration (see examples 4, 8, 9, 13, 14, 18, 19 23, 24, 28) insulating coatings have a low elongation at break, low magnetic and mechanical properties. Example 29 describes svistoonoff all signs, claimed in the solution.

Using the proposed structure provides the following benefits:

- improvement of physico-mechanical properties of coatings;

- improvement of the magnetic properties of steel;

- allows the use of sheet steel in new areas of technology, for example, for transformers with winding core.

Composition for the production of dielectric coatings containing phosphoric acid, magnesium oxide, aluminum hydroxide, boric acid and water, characterized in that it further comprises ethyl silicate in the following ratio, wt.%:

Phosphoric acid - 50 - 70

Magnesium oxide - 3,0 - 5,3

The aluminum hydroxide - 1,5 - 3,2

Boric acid - 0,4 - 1,0

Ethyl silicate - 0,5 - 2,0

EFFECT: high electric resistance and maintaining magnetic properties of steel at acceptable level due to elimination of zone enriched with non-metallic inclusions in under-surface layers.

SUBSTANCE: electrically insulating material for a high-voltage rotary machine consists of a base resin and powdered filler distributed in the base resin as the only filler, which is formed by plate-like aluminium oxide particles, wherein the powdered filler consists of particles with size of 0.002-150 mcm and volume ratio thereof ranges from 50% to 75%, preferably about 70%. The insulating paper for a high-voltage rotary machine contains said electrically insulating material. The insulating tape for a high-voltage rotary machine includes a carrier tape and an insulation paper tape, wherein the insulation paper tape is placed and attached onto the carrier tape.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for production of a twisted elongated element, in particular, electrical cable, and self-twisted elongated element, in particular, electric cable, specifically designed for power transmission in wires, ropes and cables. A method for production of a self-twisted elongated element, in particular, an electric cable, is described based on application of at least one layer of polymer coating on an electric wire, wherein the outer layer (1) of the wire for power transmission (2) is made from a polymer composite of polyvinyl chloride and ferrite or neodymium in an amount of from 10% to 60% by weight, and subsequently the wire for power transmission (2) coated with an outer layer (1) is magnetized in a magnetic field where the magnetic field lines are located axially relative to the twisting element, wherein the magnetic induction is of at least 2 Tesla. Also the self-twisted elongated element is described.

FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cable, including a cross-linked cable, also to a method for production of a cable, more preferably, to production of a power cable. Cable includes a conductor enveloped by one or more layers, wherein at least one of the above said layers is made from a polymer composition, which contains polyolefin and an anion-exchange additive of hydrotalcite type in the amount from 0.000001 to less than 1 wt% with respect to the total weight of the polymer composition. Herewith polyolefin is an unsaturated polymer of ethylene of low density, which is selected from an unsaturated ethylene homopolymer of low density or an unsaturated ethylene copolymer of low density and one or more comonomers in an amount of at least 50 wt% with respect to the total weight of the polymer component(s) present in the polymer composition. Besides, the polymer composition, if necessary, additionally contains peroxide in the amount of less than 35 mmol -O-O-/kg of the polymer composition. Herewith the cable, probably, is ligated and then cross-linked.

EFFECT: obtained cable has low conductivity and good mechanical properties.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cable industry, namely to polymer electrical insulating compositions intended for use in cable structures, operated in conditions of increased fire hazard and low temperatures when exposed to diesel fuel and lubricating oils. Electrically insulating composition contains, by weight: copolymer of butylene phthalate and polybutylene glycol with butylenphthalate (50–95) wt % and polybutylene glycol (5–50) wt % – 20–90, polyethylene wax 1–5, high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane 2–20, additionally contains aluminum hydroxide Al(OH)3 or magnesium hydroxide Mg(OH)2 100–200, copolymer of ethylene with octene, or ethylene with vinyl acetate, or copolymer of butadiene with acrylonitrile, or copolymer of styrene with butadiene 8–60, high-density polyethylene modified with maleic anhydride 2–20.

EFFECT: technical result – invention makes it possible to provide a high degree of incombustibility, a lower rate of emission of smoke and hydrogen chloride during combustion in combination with increased resistance to diesel fuel and lubricating oils, as well as resistance to low temperatures.

SUBSTANCE: there is disclosed insulating coating composition, containing bitumen in amount 90-100 wt fractions, fluorocarbon polymer 32 LN in amount 10-15 wt fractions, butyl acetate in amount 40-45 wt fractions, acetone in amount 40-45 wt fractions and mica in amount 2-3 wt fractions.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polyolefin composition with improved dielectric strength of insulation, to a wire or cable, in particular to a cable of middle, high or superhigh voltage, which includes such composition, as well as to application of such composition for production of wire or cable, in particular a cable of medium, high and superhigh voltage. Polyolefin composition contains polyolefin (A) and benzyl derivative (B) of a certain structure. Benzyl derivative (B) is used in the polyolefin composition as an additive for stabilisation of dielectric strength.

EFFECT: additive provides considerable improvement of dielectric strength, possesses good solubility in a polyolefin matrix and low predisposition to migration, and also possesses compatibility with respect to all other components of the polyolefin composition, in particular with cross-linking agents.

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: compound casting method for electrical goods includes mixing of components with receipt of the compound and casting of the electrical goods with the compound. At that before casting an electrical good is heated at temperature of 50-55°C and residual pressure of 10-15 mm hg at least during 3 hours. The compound is received by mixing of predried components in the following ratio, g: styrene - 50, castor oil - 38, product 102T - 12, benzoyl peroxide paste - 1. The paste made by mixing of predried benzoyl peroxide with dibutyl phthalate is used as the benzoyl peroxide paste. At that before casting the compound is vacuumised additionally at temperature of 15-35°C and residual pressure of 10-15 mm hg at least during 3-5 minutes. The pretreated electrical goods and compound are heated in the same furnace at temperature of 70°C during 1 hour. Then the heated electrical goods are casted step by step with the hot compound by the free casting method initially to ѕ of the electrical good height or volume with further vacuum degassing of the casted electrical goods at temperature of 15-35°C and residual pressure of 10-15 mm hg during 15-20 minutes with further casting of the electrical good with the same compound up to the required level. The multistage polymerisation of the compound is carried out. At that the casted electrical goods are held in the furnace heated up to 70°C during 4 hours at first, then they are casted with the same compound and its polymerisation takes place again at temperature of 70°C during 4 hours.

EFFECT: non-availability of defects in the form of cracks and air bubbles in the compound mass thus ensuring high quality of the casted electrical goods, and namely increasing their electric strength and reducing quantity of wastes.
