The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is the method of construction of piles or racks in a weak and unstable soils, including education in the soil cavity, sealed walls and setting up or formation of the trunk.

The disadvantage of this method is the complexity and the complexity of technology and the need to use imported materials.

Object of the invention is the simplification of the construction while reducing complexity and cost and increasing productivity and quality of the construction.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the method of construction of piles or racks in a weak and unstable soils, including education in the soil cavity, sealed walls and the installation and/or formation of the stem, the cavity forming is carried out in two stages, the first of which along the axis of the constructed piles or racks Sabouraud without removal of soil to the surface auger drilling tool to a depth corresponding to a project depth of piles or racks, followed by extraction auger drilling tool by rotation in the opposite direction with simultaneous application of downward axial y, with the formation of the axis of constructed piles or racks compacted soil zone of cylindrical shape, the diameter of which is 1.5-2 times the diameter of the pile shaft or rack, and the second phase after extraction auger drilling tool along the axis formed by compacted soil zones perform well with a diameter not exceeding the diameter of the piles or racks. During the rotation of auger drilling tool in the opposite direction, while removing exercised by the introduction into the well to the additional volume of soil and/or reinforcing material, and installation of pile shaft or a rack formed in the well is carried out in a forced manner with the application downward axial dynamic or static force or the version without the application of axial force.

The technical result provided by this sequence of operations and set the size of the compacted soil zone, is that while ensuring the sustainability of the walls of the cavity in a weak and unstable soils increases the strength of the fixing piles or racks, reduced complexity and cost, as well as significant performance improvements.

Vostede the sequence.

Axis of constructed piles or racks Sabouraud without removal of soil to the surface auger drilling tool to the depth of the lower end of the pile or rack. Then carry out the extraction auger drilling tool by rotating in the opposite direction with simultaneous application of downward axial force, the magnitude of which corresponds to the value of soil density in the walls formed by the wells. In the extraction process of the drilling tool with reverse rotation may be the introduction of an additional amount of filler or reinforcing material, or mixtures thereof. This axis of constructed piles or racks formed densified area of cylindrical shape, the diameter of which is regulated by the quantity applied to the drilling tool axial forces and is typically 1.5-2 diameter piles or racks. After extracting auger drilling tool along the axis of the formed densified zones perform well with a diameter not exceeding the diameter piles or racks. Then formed in a well sealed walls make the installation of piles or racks forced or standpipe way. In the first case apply clogging, indentation or vibrato is in the hole of larger diameter. In addition to the installation of the mortgage method can be applied to the formation of piles or stand base printed way. Can also be used combined method: mortgage in combination with printed.

The advantages of the proposed method consist in the fact that while providing a secure attachment to the walls of the borehole in an unstable and guttering soils is achieved by simplifying technology, increasing productivity by integrating processes, as well as reducing the complexity and costs by allowing the use of standard equipment and local materials (soil).

The proposed solution can be effectively used in the construction of various construction projects on the weak and unstable soils, in particular, transmission lines and substations in the areas of distribution of the wet marshy soils and degrading permafrost.

FIELD: foundation building, particularly for all-purpose buildings and structures, electric power lines and outer service lines in continuous or discontinuous permafrost conditions on all types of thawed ground except water-saturated grounds, seasonally thawing and freezing ground with 3 - 9 m depth located above permafrost or rock underplaying ground.

SUBSTANCE: method involves ramming foundation pit in seasonally thawing and freezing ground layer with forming compacted area around foundation pit and under it; building foundation unit in foundation pit. Foundation pit ramming is performed in thawed ground before freezing thereof. Compacted area is formed as solidified ground column supported by permafrost or rock grounds. Foundation pit is rammed up to bulging ground out of pit in upward direction, which indicates that solidified ground column rests upon permafrost or rock ground. After that thawed ground ramming is stopped and foundation unit is built in foundation pit so that foundation unit is supported by solidified ground column.

EFFECT: increased reliability of foundation base, reduced power and labor inputs, improved load-bearing capacity of thawed ground, prevention of foundation settlement during ground thawing and heaving thereof during foundation base freezing.
